Check-In/Check-Out Experience: The counter lady was very friendly. Recommended nearby food places to visit. Checking in and out was a breeze. Just give her your passport when checking in, and a quick visual room check when checking out. Room Features: The room is on the small side but has a cosy ambience. The bed is very comfy. Air Con is very cold too, with a ceiling fan to help with circulation. The window view is negligible, overlooking other houses behind the hotel. There is construction going on next door. Expect loud drilling noises throughout the day. Bathroom: The shower pressure was excellent, and the bidet pressure was strong, too. Soap and shampoo were provided, but no toothbrush was provided. Cleanliness: Towels, bedsheets and blankets look clean enough. No visible stains. But I noticed some bugs on the blankets at night / under my pillows where it was dark. After searching online, it appears to be an insect called "Springtail". It doesn't seem to bite humans, so I didn't bother asking for a change in blankets as it was late. Killed 4 mosquitoes in the room too. Advisable to bring along mosquito repellent. Accessibility: The hotel is not wheelchair accessible, as there are steps leading to the entrance and no elevators for the upper floors. Power Outlets: UK outlets are located under the TV. Advisable to bring a long charging wire. Complimentary Items: No water bottles are provided. But there is a water dispenser and instant tea/coffee packets for use in the hallway.
