Hello, I am a person who downloaded this app to write a review of this hotel as soon as I returned from Okinawa. First of all, I wanted to stay at a resort for my summer vacation, but after reading many positive reviews from Koreans, I decided to stay at The Collective. It is located right in the center of Kokusai-dori, making it very easy to visit Don Quijote and Ryubo department store, as well as various shops. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept well. They even provided one can of Orion beer, one can of Whatda beer, and two cans of Sanpin-cha tea for free in the room. The housekeepers were like ghosts, quietly cleaning up after us, and they even provided us with extra pajamas when we went to breakfast wearing the ones we slept in. They scanned our passports during check-in and provided us with a guidebook in Korean. If you need information about the outdoor swimming pool hours, just ask, as they have all the information written down. The staff were all very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, with local specialties such as sea grapes, Jimami tofu, and Okinawa soba. The outdoor swimming pool was also great, with the water temperature just right, and they even provided tubes in various sizes for free. I highly recommend this hotel and hope that it becomes more well-known. It was truly the best!

There is a parking lot with a mechanical system, and a helpful staff member who kindly guides you. Communication is not a problem. Downstairs is Kokusai-dori, where you can buy things and come back to the hotel to drop them off before continuing shopping. Every staff member at the hotel is very friendly, and the breakfast is great. The chef who made the omelette asked us where we were from, and when we said Taiwan, he immediately spoke a few words of Chinese, which was very cute. The room is clean and tidy. I ran around the room in white socks, but they didn't get dirty. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two 25-inch suitcases, and there is even beer in the fridge. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. I can say Hotel Collective is good at location, it s on the amazing road that has everything, even better the bus stop is in front of the hotel and the monorail is in a walking distance; very good staff, polite and ready to help whenever u ask; cleanliness everywhere room, bathroom, dining room, swimming pool(…although small but very clean and all staffs were very nice ). I m very appreciate the details of the room and the bathroom ( the toilet was separated from the bathroom and the shower was outside the bathtub so I didn’t have to climb to take a shower in the bath tub , breakfast was many varieties and delicious but the menus were nearly the same for my 3 days but I didn’t mind because I could choose to eat from day to day . Okinawa is the lovely city so is the Hotel Collective. I should go back and choose this hotel again.

What a fantastic hotel. New facility. Spacious rooms. Great location. Absolutely wonderful. You won't be disappointed. Located right in the middle of the famous Kokusai (International Street). For first time visitors to Naha/Okinawa, it's the perfect location to explore the town - albeit a bit touristy, but for a first visit it's perfect. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore by foot. If you have a car, ample parking is available on site (elevator car garage or underground parking is available for JPY1500/day with in/out privileges). Staff are exceptional. Super friendly, always smiling and helpful - typical (great) Japanese service, but many of staff are from Nepal, Taiwan, as well as Japanese and all our gracious. Definitely worth it to get Breakfast included with your stay. Of all the Japanese hotels I've been to, this by far has THE BEST breakfast spread I've ever seen. American, Asian (Japanese/Chinese), European, fare are ALL represented. The chef at the egg station is so friendly! You will not start your day hungry. Finally, the rooms are clean, large and spacious. Free beer/drinks stocked daily in your room fridge. Wow! The Air-Con is whisper quiet and thermostat works perfectly. Everything about this hotel just shows class and attention to quality and service. The flat screen TV in the room was one of the largest I've seen in any standard guest hotel - my guess is 60-65 inches. Japanese and a few English news channels. NHK World (English) programming also available. The only criticism (if there is one) is the public onsen/bath/sauna is very very small. If the hotel property is full, be prepared to wait for a shower stall to wash/clean before entering the bath. Time your visit wisely and avoid rush hour bathing!
