    “Exceptional”

    The room is clean and smelling good. Beddings are very comfy. Amenities are readily available. Location is perfect. Peaceful and quiet, aesthetic also. Staff are cheerful, helpful and very polite.

    “Very good”

    The place is very clean, but we were concerned about the security. There was no guard on duty, and the room door had only one doorknob lock. Since the room is near the entrance and there is no gate, we felt uneasy and were easily alerted by noises outside. While the staff assured us that the property would be monitored throughout the night, I would recommend adding a second lock for better security and guest peace of mind.

    “Staff unresponsive”

    We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel's location is great, situated in a quieter part of the city, making it a good place to relax away from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The only disappointing aspect was the lack of communication regarding the swimming pool. It was under maintenance during our visit, and this information was not posted on their page prior to booking. I also tried reaching out through Agoda, Facebook, and their mobile number before our stay but did not receive any response through any of those channels. Aside from the communication issue and the pool closure, our experience was positive, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the excellent service from the staff.
