Absolutely no complaints!! We loved our stay. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The beds were so soft. The AC was AMAZING especially since it was 100 degrees The whole weekend! Eh I guess 1 con was the elevator was a little ehhh lol and they have a free ice machine on the 2nd floor! (We found out after buying a $6 bag from the vending machine by the pool) bring dishes or pots & pans if your cooking! We did leave spoons & forks & spatulas 😂😂 oh and hopefully they will get the outside shower fixed soon!!! Other than that we had the best time!! We definitely will be back!!!!!!
Great place to stay”
This was a great place to stay! Traveling here on business. The hotel was located in a convenient place for me to go back-and-forth to work. The staff here was excellent and accommodating! The hotel was being remodeled, and we were allowed to stay on the seventh floor that was just repainted, and the room was nicely done. Freshly painted, new beds, nice big room with a great view of the Gulf!! I would recommend to anyone to stay here! I will stay here again!
Hidden fees ”
Upon arrival for the 2 rooms I booked I had to pay a 500.00 for deposit and 14.98x 2 for each day cleaning fee. Also the 98.00 x2 to finish the payment that I did expect.Thats 834.00 I had to pay before getting our rooms. Luckily I had a card to pay all that or I don’t know what I would have done.

My granddaughter and I took a trip to Panama City and did not want to be hotel broke. We found this little gem and was very pleased with our room and the price we paid. The room was clean with an awesome view of the pool overlooking the ocean. The air conditioning was super cold which is always a plus. We had plenty of space for our belongings. We were pleased.
Average for starters”
We had to find creative communication techniques, with hotel personnel, to get basic requests. Each time we left the room, we had to stop at the lobby to get new keys. As, the older ones seemed to be “one time usage only”. Our room had a “special guest”, also known as the cockroach. It also seemed it was a do your own cleaning, making bed, disposing of trash hotel. Good to know in advance.
