Our stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo was overall pleasant. The room was spacious, even bigger than the one we had in Osaka which was quite cramped. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. However, one notable aspect was the lack of daily housekeeping. During our four-day stay, the rooms were only cleaned once. While they did provide fresh towels, linens, and other amenities upon request, it was a bit inconvenient having to bring out the towels and trash for them to be replaced. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo and would consider staying again in the future.”
The hotel is located very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. We booked and stayed in a room with 3 beds. The room was clean and the size was big compared to an average Japanese hotel room. Hotel amenities were available in the lobby. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, with a good variety. They served free-flow coffee and tea after check-in at their cafeteria area.

The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Sapporo with children. It’s close to major attractions like the Sapporo TV Tower, Odori Park, and the Sapporo Clock Tower—perfect for a family walk. There are also family-friendly restaurants nearby and a shopping mall. Overall, our stay in Sapporo was amazing, and Bespoke hotel played a big part in making it so enjoyable. The family-friendly services, great amenities, and helpful staff made it a perfect choice for traveling with children. Bespoke Hotel is in an excellent location to Odori station and Susukino. Also, Mcdonalds is just opposite it which is convenient for breakfast to fuel up your day trip. Nijo Market is also a street away from the hotel to provide a breakfast/lunch alternative. If you have booked Klook day trips, this hotel serves as a good location for you to walk over to the meet up area at Sapporo TV station. This is also beside Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Moreover, it provides free shavers with shaving cream, combs and sponge and your toilet comes with a bath tub. Level 2 of the hotel comes with a lounge with free tea. You can buy your breakfast at nearby convenient stall and eat there. This is definitely a value for money.
