“We had good stay”
Very clean and modern hotel. Room size is small but good enough for x2 pax. Suitcase could be slide under the bed. Check in and check out is a breeze. Carpark is within hotel premise ¥4000 for 2 nights but note this is a lift parking, you have to offload everything first, drive car into the lift then walk thru the hind door which was easy. I personally feel the reception area is a little cramp with dual function bar and check in check out counters though unique. Also there is a shelf on the 1f for you to pick up all the amenities you need inuding teabags which is very unhelpful with so many bags, luggages at point of check in. I also noted that they "close" the shelf during some timing so do pick up what you need. 17F - They have x3 washers which is not able to cater during peak hours. There is a microwave, drink vending machine and ice machine. Nice gym and onsen. For ladies onsen, we have to queue to use the shower and the dressing area during peak and the design of the changing area is not ideal with everyone waiting and blocking the entrance to the onsen. But lovely clean indoor and outdoor onsen. 1F - Breakfast Same like the ladies onsen, not able to cater to peak hours. Supply was repeatedly empty or they will wait until the last bit are taken before replenishing. During my 2 days stay, I had to ask for salad and dressing top up. Very understaffed as u can see the service staff all over the place. Walking distance to walking street and alot of restaurants.
