This Silom hotel is conveniently located near Patpong Night Market and MBK shopping center. Expect efficient service from the professional and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature cozy beds to ensure a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views from the rooftop pool and bar, which offer a relaxing atmosphere.

During my 4-night stay at Furama Silom Hotel in Bangkok, I initially booked a Superior Room and was assigned a room on the 11th floor. Upon entering, I was greeted with a musty smell and a noisy air conditioner. I promptly informed the reception, and while a maintenance staff member was sent to investigate, he was unable to resolve the issue. He suggested I contact the front desk again, which I did. Additionally, the room had several other issues: low water pressure, a leaking showerhead handle, and dust on the small table and TV desk. A gentleman from the reception called later and requested I stay in the room for one night, promising a better room the following day at 2 PM. I agreed to this arrangement and informed him that I would pack and lock my belongings in my luggage, as I had business outside the hotel. He assured me that my luggage would be moved to the new room once it was ready. However, when I returned at 4 PM the next day, the room had not been changed. Upon querying the front desk, an older lady informed me there was no record of my room change request and no available rooms at that time. After explaining my concerns again, she asked me to wait for another hour before eventually assigning me a room with two single beds, which I found highly unsuitable for a couple. Frustrated, I contacted the reception again, expressing my dissatisfaction. Another lady apologized and requested an additional hour to resolve the matter. Eventually, I was given a much better room on the 17th floor. This room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. I was grateful for her efforts and had intended to thank her personally on my checkout day, but unfortunately, she was off duty. During checkout, I encountered the older lady again. She appeared dismissive, did not thank me for my stay, and showed a lack of professionalism, prioritizing other guests over my request for airport taxi assistance. I couldn’t help but notice that she seemed to focus her attention on guests of certain ethnicities, which left a negative impression on my overall experience. While my stay ended on a positive note due to the efforts of one kind staff member, the initial experience and lack of professionalism from certain staff members were disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance guest satisfaction in the future. The Hotel is located in a great area, and the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast offered is good; however, the menu remained almost the same throughout my stay, which was a bit monotonous.I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience.

Great budget option in Silom, short walk to the bars and restauramts and easy walk from Narathiwas BTS station. Lovely rooftop pool for sundowner drinks. Friendly staff.

Furama is my preferred hotel in Bangkok. They have an extended breakfast and lunch buffet at very affordable prices. Rooms are specious and clean and there is car parking on the 2nd floor with ample parking space

Value of the money was great and if you booked in advance u will get much more cheaper with a package. Breakfast was good . They rotating the food for some item so the guest won’t get too bored if they booked for long stay. Location. Excellent cause close to the night market , strip club XXX ,and restaurant from fine dining or street food and u can walk to explore or catch a sky train for a longer journey distance. Staff- Very friendly and accomodate your need and have experience in tour guide but ask information from the concierge about the best place to go so they can advise you . Cleanliness The hotel is should be do more training with staff for cleaning or make a checklist in room need to be clean and type of chemical mainly on the floor with insects or inside kettle need to check at the end of your shift. The labour cost is very cheap and can am sure they can allocate some more house keeping to work to relieve a pressure from other staff . Facilities- Was great just wifi is up and down or inconsistently with a bad reception or I may stay the last end that’s why is keep cut me off due to lack of signal. I will come back and re visit again and see a growth from occupancy rate and improvement what I just review . Thanks Kris
