“Perfect getaway”
We were super impressed with the hospitality and service provided by the staff at Four points sheraton. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Big kudos to the staff at the Rempah kitchen. Head chef went the extra mile to greet every guest during the breakfast buffet. We were there for 4d3n and the head chef greeted and chatted with us every morning. The other staff at the restaurant were also very attentive to our needs when we had our breakfast and dinner there. There were many selections during breakfast buffet, and their menu change daily. You will be spoilt for choice. Our room were quite near to the front desk and facing the pool and sea. Despite the noise and celebration chaos outside, we were not affected as the room is sound proof which are very much appreciated. We came during NDP week as such we manage to catch the fireworks and celebration they had in the hotel. Hotel provide free shuttle bus service to and fro from the BBT ferry terminal during check in and check out. Its about a 10 mins drive away. There is a whatsapp service which we can use to enquire on anything during your stay. If not, u can also use their telephone service in the hotel room for room service. TV is equipped with screensharing function which is a plus point. The hotel is like a 5 mins walk from Lagoi Bay, where there are several shops u can dine/shop at, eg Warung Yeah, Yeah mart, etc. There is also a watersport activity booth beside the hotel near to the beach area. Unsatisfactory experience: - The same female staff on duty at front desk rejected our request twice (different type of request on two diff occasions). However when we request again with another staff, they were able to accomodate to our request. We understand that its a full house due to busy weekend, but it make us wonder if the female staff is just too lazy to follow up on our request. - Cleaning staff did not top up water bottles and towels after cleaning the room. We had to call in seperately to call for it. Not really a big issue for us. Just wanted to feedback on this. - On one occasion, a cleaning staff open the door without our permission to deliver something as we were out at the balcony and did not hear the doorbell. It was our mistake but luckilly the staff did not enter the room and just waited at the doorway. It still gave us a shocked though, esp for hijabi guests. Overall, it was a satisfactory and pleasant stay, we will def come back next time despite a few hiccups. Thank you!
