Where to stay in Financial District
Financial District hotels & accommodations
Our hotel room (615) located on the 6th floor had a max capacity of 3. There was a well equipped kitchen including oven, microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable queen size bed and a roll out single bed for my teenage son. This was set up in the seating area by the door so he had a degree of privacy. In addition there was a good sized seating, dining area and bathroom w...
Although one of our rooms was not what we paid for or told we were getting by the booking company (You), this was down to the booking company, not the hotel, but the hotel did everything they could on their end to make our stay as great as possible. This is a 3 star hotel with 4 star and 5 star service. I travel a lot and do a lot of reviews so know what to expect from...
overall hotel is at good location and it lands at the heart of financial center, opposite to world trade center, with beautiful sea view esp. at evening and night time, crystal clear skyline. only take 7stops then u will be in the mid town area for night shopping and drama activities. i enjoy stay at hilton always
The check in and check out processes were very easy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (lots of tourist information and directions), the location was great (2 blocks to the 2 and 3 line subway station, nearby restaurants and bars, quiet over the holiday weekend-business district), the public spaces & the rooms were large and CLEAN, the workout facilities we...
I really enjoyed staying here. The old school wood paneling and decorations have a certain charm. It’s a part of New York that’s slowly slipping away. If you want lots of glitz this isn’t for you. You’re staying here because you want reliable staff, a comfortable room, with amenities that are exactly the way it is described. It’s a good value for the price. It is clo...
This ended being an excellent choice for our weeklong trip to NYC. The staff was inviting, engaging and the facilities overall were very good. Other than a shower door that wouldn't stay closed, I can't think of a bad thing. Beware that they require a $50 security deposit per night of stay which is supposed to be refunded at the end of your stay. Reminds me, I need...
We just came back from the most amazing weekend spent at the Club Quarters. First of all, the location is fantastic - right in the heart of the financial district, great dining options nearby (check out Stone Street for some great options, literally 2 mins walk away) with the World Trade Centre buildings and 9/11 Memorial just a stones throw away. Only 5/10 minutes fro...
I had the pleasure of staying at the Wagner Hotel for a total 6 days. 3 days of business and days of vacation. I have to say it was one of my best experiences in a very long time. I travel a 4 months out of the year for work and it was the first time in years were the hotel staff made it their business to know who you were, what you liked to drink, and what paper you...
If you want to visit Wall Street or other attractions in NYC financial district, you can't miss it. This hotel has great location in heart of financial, but still keeps you away from noise. Don't forget to take ferry to Liberty island. It takes you only 10 minutes to walk to boarding port.
My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. 1. The staff were VERY friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. 2. The location is perfect - few steps to World Trade Center, financial district and about 30 minute walk to Tribeca, Soho and Little Italy - and of course subway station few steps away. 3. The room was co...
It was almost perfect. The lounge is really well designed, and the service staff was excellent. The rooms were big and comfortable, with really lush toilet and bath area. The bed was also really comfortable and we had a really great stay at Conrad. Room service was prompt and wifi was useful. Although the hotel is not right next to a Metro station, it is a nice walk fr...
We did not understand our payments bill (with taxes) there was also a confusion with another booking made and canceled prior to the new booking. While just trying to understand the bill the receptionist male was very defensive in his responses . I did not think the tone was appropriate or justified. When we were walking pass the reception he looked at us with a lot of ...
The rooms are small but staffs are friendly and accommodating Breakfast is included with the price is already a plus because most of the hotel around the financial institution area does not include breakfast. The food ihave good selections. Close to subway stations.I reccpmmend this hotel.
Right in financial district, safe
people don't think of staying in the financial district when visiting nyc - but definitely check this hotel out! great size room, clean, and just one block from wall street and plenty of public transportation!
This hotel was located in the financial district which was great for us, easy access to all the sites, and only a short cab /train ride away from all the downtown Manhattan action. Clean rooms with attentive staff!
I live in Yonkers and had two of my girlfriends visiting from Fort Lauderdale, so we decided to get a hotel close to everything fun in the city. We loved our stay here. Its close to the trains, excellent and friendly staff who were very accommodating and the hotel was very clean. I stayed at the aloft in Cleveland and enjoyed it so much I decided to check out the one ...
Good choice for budgeted business trip in downtown NYC. It's close to the financial district and there are a lot of small restaurants nearby. The room is a little small but it's very clean and has good wifi and enough power sockets. The staff there is very friendly.
The hotel was very clean staffs are all nice. The hotel was very near to do a nice walking to World Trade Center and the Financial district.
Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great the location was perfect, the staff was so good to us help us with all our questions about getting around the city. Just love the hotel!
I enjoyed the Harbor view, the modern room. The check in and check out process was easy. The experience was amazing!!
Rooms were not dark - curtains need fixing Stayed in two rooms - both had clogged sinks windows were not soundproof ALL ROOMS BOOKED THRU BOOKING ENGINES ARE CONNECTED ROOMS ( NOT SATISFACTORY)
Hotel is located near the World Trade Center with many subway options. Rooms are newly renovated and are nice. Only complaint I had was that the room was rather dim even though all the lights had been switched on. But overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and nicely furnished room
This was my first time in NYC, and I had a really nice experience staying at PermaGO for three nights. The staff were all so thoughtful, and the location was great.
Feels like you walked back in time to the 1930’s. Cozy. Gorgeous.
The hotel is situated near Fulton st subway stop, where many of the major subway lines run. The hotel staff were all so hospitable, from the reception desk (Janet), to the guy in charge of the breakfast corner to the cleaning staff. All were so great and polite. Cheers!
I had no issues during my stay. It was very clean, quick check in, good customer service, and within walking distance to almost all transportation. Would definitely stay again.
