This is the cheapest accommodation I found within Tacloban. I only need a place to stay for a night. However, the room is not what I expected. It’s not comfortable, there were so many insects at night I hardly sleep. It’s as if I’m staying in prison. I’m not going back ever.

Let me say my honest review in this place. Arrive at 3pm in this place. The outside was not really good. Dirty and unorganized. the bathroom wasn't cleaned when we checked' in the water is not running they have to close it at 6pm, and ts not chlorinated its a deep wheel water and it's yellowish. the reception area are dusty, there was no wifi. The staff are arrogant, they dont speak with you they hide when u have concern. Please never book this place if u dont want to waste your money. the pictures they have at the moment are all outdated. The owner should renovate this place if they want to make money. They should never posted it in agoda because they are baiting the customers with their old photos of their rooms that looks nicer. The safety of this place is not commendable no security guard. We left the place the night we complain and never return back. i wanted to refund the money but their staff were hiding. please if u care ur customer be honest on your marketing here on agoda coz it never be the same in reality.

I arrived for my booking, from another city, on the day appointed. I was told that my booking was not available, due to a glitch. The area is poor and the hotels were full for a festival.
