I stayed here for one night for work purposes, arriving around 10 pm after a trip from Kedah. The hotel gives the impression of a 5-star property, with beautiful décor and friendly staff. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have an iron, though ironing facilities were available outside, which was a little inconvenient. Considering the price, I expected a better breakfast selection. Laksa and nasi tomato in the morning may not suit everyone’s taste, perhaps adding Malaysia’s favourite nasi lemak as a regular option would be a great improvement. During the night, I experienced a disturbing issue with a strange sound (like someone playing with a switch) that kept me awake until 6 am. I reported this to the receptionist the next morning, but it did affect the quality of my rest. Overall, the hotel has strong potential, with excellent staff and lovely design. With some improvements to room amenities, breakfast variety, and noise control, the guest experience could be even better.

Stayed here for 4D3N and honestly, I loved the room — super comfortable and really worth the price. Just a few things I feel the hotel can improve on: 1. Breakfast menu – The same food was repeated for two mornings in a row, and to make it worse, I had an event dinner at the hall with the exact same dishes. So basically, I ate the same menu for dinner, breakfast, and the next breakfast again. Food tasted nice, but for RM15/pax it didn’t feel worth it. Maybe rotate the menu a little so guests don’t get bored. 2. Staff service at Warisan Bonda Café – Honestly, not very friendly. Some responses felt half-hearted, and I even overheard comments about not wanting to serve late-coming customers, with lights being switched off to hint at closing. That didn’t feel professional. 3. Overall – The hotel has so much potential. With friendlier service and better menu variety, this place could easily stand out more.
