very clean and welcoming. Staff is awesome. Good location but little tricky to find for me. :). But food i s outstanding for vegetarians. I love it . The only thing we couldn't enjoy was our stay was cut short by the eruption of the volcano. We arrived almost two days late. We hoped they would extend our stay but they couldn't. I understand their (Dwarka's) constraints but they promised me the day that we landed but somehow taken it back next day. The only disappointing part of this stays

Property is nice with pool and private pool villas, I opted for private pool villas and had comfortable stay for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious too. Bathroom had issues with the tap to which staff attended immediately but couldn’t fix it. Complementary breakfast: Downsides: Breakfast is not a buffet spread, Breakfast is limited to some items from courses, not great for all travelers. Highlight: They serve your selection from the pre decided menu beautifully like the master chef’s do. And, in case you are leaving early in the day, you can request for breakfast box a prior day. All in all it was good stay, hope this helps!

“Great stay (but read the warnings here!)”
Everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was great at all times. The common areas are lovely (I would plan to spend at least a day just in the hotel). I think the hotel was fully booked, but still felt like we were the only ones there sometimes (I guess because many rooms have their own pools). The food was good (a little bit more salt on everything wouldn't hurt). The location is a little out of Ubud, just a quick car ride from the center, which makes it very peaceful (but there is also a mini-mart right outside in case you need anything). WARNING 1: Some of the rooms advertised as Rice Field View have ZERO views. We booked two "Rice Field View" suites, but all we got was the view of palm trees just 2 meters away from us, which wasn't that bad, just not what we paid for. Apparently, only ONE of the 5 rooms advertised that way actually have rice field views (room 305, but they didn't show it to me, so I can't confirm). They offered 4 free massages as compensation, but we didn't want more massages, so in the end, they discounted 50% off the 2 massages we already had had. Unfortunately, the discount was not enough to make up for the extra charge. I asked them to at least change the names of the rooms on all the booking sites, but it's been a few days and they still haven't done it, so be careful when booking. WARNING 2: when we got there they told us that "afternoon tea" was included, but not the one they show in pictures with the typical tower of food that is normally served for afternoon tea in other hotels. It was only a cup of tea/coffee and a very tiny plate with 4 banana slices and a little bit of another fruit. We only had it on the first day and didn't bother for the rest. WARNING 3: If you have mobility issues, you are better off choosing a different hotel because you'll have to go up and down many steps to get to your room. Besides all that, we REALLY enjoyed the hotel, and I think everything else in the hotel was as lovely as in the pictures. So, I still would recommend it.
