    “Excellent serviced apartment close to University of Nottingham”

    Easily accessible by Grab, spacious, well-maintained and furnished, close to the Ecohill Mall and with a great landlord who is super supportive and communicative .... what more could one ask for! With one large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for a family or even a solo traveler. The place is quiet during the day with great views from the balcony. A little noise from kids playing during the evenings but easily managed by closing off the sliding doors. Superb natural lighting in nearly all the rooms. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and one common. Well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, coffee kettle and some serving crockery. The only issue is the lack of wifi, but that is easily resolved by setting up a wifi hotspot on your mobile phone. Sim cards are available at the cell phone shops situated in the LG level of the Ecohill mall. All in all, perfect for families and visiting parents of students studying at the University of Nottingham.

    “Very worth it & the best”

    10/10 - best response from the owner, proper instructions via whatsapp - strategic location...very close to Setia Mall & Econsave - clean, beautiful & fragrant house - parking available for 2, outdoor & indoor - pool open 8am-10pm, just a bit cramped near the changing toilet downstairs - security is always present - elevator has CCTV - Foodpanda & Grabfood can deliver food upstairs - the house is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, basic cooking utensils, spoons, plates, bowls, jug, frying pan, gas stove & cups - air conditioning in every room - has an iron, hanger, prayer mat From the car parking to the elevator it's a bit confusing because there is no direct elevator to the house...you have to go through the stairs...but you can drop luggage & passengers at the lobby... - no towels - no washing machine (maybe the owner can add this later to make it easier for tenants after swimming) Overall, very very satisfied...will book here again if I come to Semenyih...the best!!!
