[10:09 PM, 1/19/2020] Toby: - You are request to provide your identity detail for verification before check in. - No smoke in the house & balcony - No throw the rubbish out side floor - Keep clean in & out the house - No Party in the room can't noisy . - No illegal activity. - Extra Person will Charges Rm25/pax/night. - kitchens appliances and dishes need to be clean after used - Please ensure the place is kept clean and tidy at all times - Durian are not allowed - No jumping on the bed - No Food on bed & bedrooms( if bed line got blood, Sos, dirty very much, will penalty Rm100 for extra manpower and extra cleaning time) - Rubbish should be throw into the dustbin - Guest shall to return the key's, access car parking & access card to original place during check out. * if founded guest smoking in my house, will penalty RM100 *Lost access car parking penalty RM100 *Lost access Token or House Key panalty RM 50 *If remove the furniture’s/ something’s, pls put original back, easy cleaner on time done the job, it not will penalty extra move back fee(RM25/ things) *Penalty will be impose if found any damages to the furniture , flexibility or lost of appliances. Before check out make sure switch off the electric appliances, lock the windows and sliding class door when you go out. Thank you very much for your co-operation and support!!

Good location. All around the food here. The host very nice. Send me all the location food detail. 5 min reach Axiata Arena. Very clean and tidy. My kids like your game very much. Will come back again

Great location which are easy access to stadium bukit Jalil Clean room and the facilities was good Parking space provided Kind owner provide instruction with clear Affordable price and such a nice house Will book again in future for next concert in bukit Jalil

Owner are really friendly person, provided parking space and the place is clean (no smoking/pets terms). Owner also personally go to our event venue to passback our leftover stuff , really appreciate it !
