Place was "value for money" compared to the price of the Disney hotels. Going to and from the Disneyland resorts via the ART bus shuttle is convenient for a fee. I am just concerned over the fact that I was advertised to get a Disney view room - what we got was the back of the Guardians of the Galaxy ride and the higher portions of the fireworks.
The Manhattan Club Hotel is a an elegant establishment located close to Central Park, Carnegie Hall and the Times Square Theater district all of which are in walking distance from the hotel. Whilst it is not modern is charm is in its old world charm. The 26th level hosts the gym and guest lounge which is both comfortable and relaxing.
Ariana was fab to chat to and our breakfast was always served with a smile and chat. Room was super comfy but you can hear the tv a bit of the people next door have it on. It’s expensive but if you shop around you can find this hotel with a range of prices. It’s near to the Empire State Building and the metro which is easy to use to get to all the sights! Get the break...
we stayed at the affinia shelburne for 5 nights at the end of october 2011. from beginning to end we only experienced excellence in comfort and customer service. the room was really large (new york is known for small rooms) i dont believe anyone could complain about the size of the rooms at the affinia shelburne. location - 3 blocks from grand central station. or 3...
I've enjoyed 2 stays at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and will definitely stay there again next time. The service is perfect and staff show genuine care and concern for guests. They attended to my every need and looked for other ways to assist on things I didn't even think of. And I really enjoy the breakfast buffet... one of the best in comparison to all hotels I've st...
We liked hotel we had couoke dramas ie charging for a frisge $50 usd is absurd yiu should not charge we travwl all over states never charge for fridge travellers need this. If you touch their fridge that has thwir drinks and you put yr own and leave theirs on bench you will be charged?? 5 star hotel doing this?? So wrong!! then on top resort fees which we werent advise...
It was my second time in the United State but the first time in Las Vegas - an amazing city. The stay in Treasure Island and Casino hotel made my trip to this city unforgetable. Thanks to all managers and staffs of this hotel.
We stayed at the Cosmopolitan for six nights in February 2013. The reception area was very impressive, all reception staff/ front of house were very polite and quick to serve. We had a double room with city view, overlooking the bilagio fountains. This was very impressive. Large room with a bathroom we dream of. Double sinks, large walk in shower etc. Only minor poi...
I hesitated at first to book this hotel due to the numbers of negative feedback's here. Well, I am so glad I booked this hotel!!! I flew from Singapore to Honolulu and reached the hotel exhausted. I'm surprised on how ground staffs treated their visitors so warmly. Peeps are so generous and very friendly. That immediately made me fall in love with the place & of course...
As this was our 5th trip to Vegas we thought we would splash out and spend a week at the Venetian. It was, by far, the best hotel we have used and that includes the Bellagio! Even the lowest priced suites are twice the size of similar hotel rooms in the 5 star class. Check in was quick and check out even quicker despite the email/text system not working. Concierge was...
5 stars for everything except the buffet breakfast. A couple of years ago, we had a fabulous breakfast and were looking forward to it again. Unfortunately, this time the buffet was mediocre and overpriced, at best. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay... location, comfort, cleanliness and service-wise!
The rooms are large, clean, and modern but no fridge. Shower was one of the best. Get a room above about the 7th floor if you don't want a view of a wall - I was on the 8th floor and could just see over the parking garage roof. Last time I was lower and could only see a wall. Hotel has everything including good restaurants with reasonable prices. Beverages at the b...
This was my first trip to Vegas. Aria was a great place to stay and I found that accommodation in Vegas is a lot cheaper and a lot better than what you will get travelling elsewhere in the states, like LA for instance. This is definitely a 5 star hotel but you will pay way more for much less in other cities. One thing I loved which is (I believe) standard for moder...
The best Hotel in Reno, with beautiful rooms, and great housekeeping. All hotel employees do their best to make your stay enjoyable, and the hotel offers many restaurants, shops and activites. A stay at this hotel will keep you entertained as well as comfortable. I highly recommend The Grand Sierra Resort for anyone's stay in Reno.
The location was the best thing about the hotel. But the room was below average. There was no coffee machine, no complimentary water and the decoration was like motel. I was disappointed.
This was the first time staying at the Excalibur and really surprised me. The reviews stated that it was outdated but I found that it is perfect for the themed times. The room we stayed in was clean and I wasn't afraid to walk on the carpet or sit in the chairs. Staff was great and room service was fast and good. Would recommend staying here and will stay here again if...
My sister and I stayed in an Executive suite non smoking in the Grand Tower. They did originally allocate us to a twin room but when I showed them my booking they immediate corrected the error. We were on the 23rd floor with a view over New York New York. Only gripe was the noise of the air conditioner, however I have found that issue is universal across the United S...
The Mirage is a great hotel. It is spotless with large rooms and comfy beds and has all the amenities you need except tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I don’t know if this is usual for Vegas hotels but it’s the first one we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t have that facility. This spoilt it for us as we had no choice but to get dressed and go an...
I will return. Enjoy the Palazzo for a number of reasons but most of all the friendliness of your staff. The facility is always clean and my room is spacious, maintenance free and "clean". I travel extensively and consequently am overly concerned with the cleanliness of the room and, accordingly, am very particular where I stay. I even use a black light. I also en...
The hotel seems to be set up to cater to large events and lacks a certain amount of charm. Having said that, the amenities are good. The spa is separate from the hotel. My wife used the spa, but no spa packages were available to us when we booked. Breakfast was not included. We booked off season and I thought we could get more value for our dollar. Long Branch has...
This wasn’t my first time at the hotel and never had a problem with them until today when they decided to charge me more than what I booked the room for. They charged me a destination fee which was never in my total when I booked the room. I showed the rep my email of the proof that the $9.99 was never part of my total and they didn’t want to listen to me at all her an...
Paying $35 USD resort fees for things that aren't even open or that no one uses is a bit ridiculous. No pools open so you literally get WIFI for $35 bucks a day (and gym access I guess) which is frankly a huge ripoff. The State hotel tax I get but this fee should just be included in the price upfront; having to fork out $280 at the end of 7 nights sucks and kind of ...
This hotel that opened for the Chicago World's fair in 1893 sits in the heart of Chicago's downtown (the Loop), with beautiful views of Lake Michigan, Grant and Millennium Parks, and the Buckingham fountain that is right across the street. Given the prime location, you would think it would long ago have been replaced by a post-modern resort that would cost several time...
I stayed at Hotel Nikko recently for three nights. I’ve stayed in San Francisco to visit our daughter many times, typically at the Westin St Francis. For this stay, I decided to try Hotel Nikko and am so glad I did! The room I had was beautifully appointed, the staff, from the front desk to the doorman and housekeeping were incredibly helpful, fun and thoughtful. I ...
This place was awesome. Clean and a lot of perks but the parking is expensive. To self park it’s $22 a night. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
I have been to NYC previously & for this trip I chose the Dylan Hotel for it's Midtown location as my friend & I ran the 2019 TCS NYC Marathon. I have fairly high expectations & the hotel surpassed it! The staff provided excellent & kind service throughout our five night stay. I loved the hotel's stylish decor and it is very clean. I also highly recommend booking the ...
We did some price comparison before booking and happy we selected the Trump International Hotel at Las Vegas. We came for touring (not gambling) and like the hotel without casinos. Our room is Superior King, spacious with marble decorations, beautiful views, refrigerator, microwave and electric cooking stove. We ate our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food is...
We rolled into San Francisco on an evening flight and we waited for an hour before the shuttle showed up standing in the cold. We called a few times but it only came an hour later. As we got into the hotel, the front desk lady told me sh couldn't find my reservation and later we realised that I had booked the hotel a day later (I made a mistake and booked the room for ...
We were on our way to a cruise and planned to visit attractions in the Seattle area before boarding. Since we wanted to visit the Museum of Flight, we chose a hotel closer to the airport. Hotel Interurban was very highly recommended and had competitive pricing. What we liked: - State of facilities. I.e. room newly renovated comparable to high-end brands. - The kindne...
Booking with Agoda online is very user friendly and has lots of selection of hotels with the best value. I booked 2 rooms at the Atlantis hotel, very nice with amazing views of Mount Rose. I will highly recommend using Agoda.
Cheap places to stay in United States
I would highly recommend Oak Plantation Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. I however would not recommend agoda.com for booking this resort. The price your quoted for your stay and what gets charged to your credit card are different amounts and it's virtually impossible to get someone from agoda.com on the telephone to explain to me why I'm being charged more than they quote...
We only stayed one night. It was a good option for us. We walked back into town which was easy. There is a bus. The view from our room was great straight out onto the water and we watched huge cruise ships come and go and sea planes take off. Breakfast was included and free shuttle to the airport.
At $13 a night I feel like there's not much to complain about. The bathrooms were fine and the bed was reasonable (though a bit shaky on the top.) However security is a serious issue. There were no lockers and no door locks. Literally ANYONE could have walked straight in. With keys and lockers, I'd be happy to recommend to others but without, it's a bit too risky for m...
Hostel Cat was easily one of the best hostels I've stayed at. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and I particularly liked the courtyard area where everyone gathered every night to socialise. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area in the future.
Bikini Hostel has been an oasis for me as I arrived after a horrific bus journey on Greyhound. I would like to especially mention Jon - he goes out of his way to make me feel welcome. His positive personality is such a breath of fresh air. I thank Jon for his kindness and for really making me feel welcome on my very first visit to Miami Florida.
I stayed there and it gets really hot sometimes so it's great because they have a pool. They have theater room and the common area. The 6 female dorms is the best. The 3rd floor is ideal but the entire place is awesome. People sometimes smoke by the pool but if you tell a staff member, they will take care of it. It's a non smoking hostel so great for kids as well. Publ...
Placed not too far (25 min drive) from Hilo airport and downtown, in pristine rain forest environ with a brook bubbling right next to the property. Wonderful, beautiful natural beauty. Lots of flora, fauna, and birds to watch. We stayed at the Rain Forest Cabin with private drive and locked gate. Kitchen facilities good for camping type, and quite complete. No nee...
We had standard twin bed room with shared bath. Room was clean, and bigger than we thought, with small closet and small working desk. Shared bathroom was a bit walk, but large and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good for hostel. Toasts, bagels, fruits, cereals, oat meal. Location is great, in quiet area of Lincoln park. Walking distance to fullerton st...
It's a nice drive to Laughlin from Las Vegas. The Colorado River and the mountain give you a fantastic view. Harrah's Hotel and Casino is the best choice hotel in Laughlin. It has a beach where you can enjoy your stay. The swimming pool is always crowded specifically the weather is so hot. It is big size hotel and clean. Our room is big and we got the best view with...

The host was friendly and approachable, and would respond to queries almost immediately. The place was well maintained and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant 4 nights stay.
The only thing that would be better is that you states all fees ahead of time. The advisement states free parking, then when we got there we were charge parking every night of 12.00. Resort fees on the advertisement states we have to pay the hotel at 35.00 a night, that also changed when we got there to 39.68 a night. These are minor payments, but a family on a bud...
not too far from the strip (10min walk at most); the casino is always quite well attended. As it is not on the strip there is not a horde of tourists just strolling through it but the people who are there are actually there either to play or to drink. the swimming pool area is also very nice, the only hotel having a better pool is probably the hard rock hotel (but agai...
Totally decent 3/4 star hotel in the best section of the strip. Easy access to everything from Paris to Venetian to Wynn to Bellagio. Even walked to MGM and New York with no trouble. Hotel is fairly new so rooms are nice. I was on floor 2 with basically no window, which kind of sucked, but I was alone so I didn't mind. If coming with GF I'd prob thrown down for a 5 sta...
Although Bally's is not one of the newest and fanciest hotels on the strip, the rooms are large, the services are good and the location is fantastic. They don't have resort fees... so what you see is what you get. This means that is you want extra's like internet or fitness you have to pay extra. But we didn't mind paying $11.00 from 3pm to 6pm for the fitness/spa area...
I am obliged to go to Las Vegas every 2 years for a convention. This hotel if booked through AGODA 3 months before arrival is quite reasonable=value for $. Go to the oyster bar!! it is fantastic- when there 2 years ago I had the same great food and experience- of course have the oysters but definitely try the sea scallops wrapped in bacon on a thin sliced toast with...
It is a basic no frills motel, but was very cheap and a great place to stop off on our way through from Grand Canyon to Los Angeles. . Could have been a bit cleaner but was adequate for the price.
I will say the value here was great. We only stayed one night. Location is great being on Fremont street where i spend most of my time. Room is small but cute. Didn't spend much time in room by trying to sleep was aweful. We got back to our room about 1:30am and the noise was extremely bad. Perhaps the location of the room was the problem. Our room was on the corner ne...
First, the room is beyond expectations. The amenities and furnishings are befiting a 5-star las vegas hotel. I particularly liked the wireless internet service and the superb quality of the LCD TV (being a TV addict, its a necessity). Second, the food selections from the circus buffet are well appointed and fresh. I specially liked the coffee from the Barista Bagel. I...
My expectations were not very high before checking in - however as soon as you step foot into the hostel/hotel you automatically feel at home. Great deco and furniture which gives the place a great vibe. We stayed in the 4 bunk bedroom which was excellent for the 2 nights we were staying. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a "cheaper" stay in south beach...

If you pay a lot you can get very high level of professional service from any other hotel/guesthouse but there is something else in this place I really can't explain with words. If I can rate 5 + 1 for the pancakes I will. Definitely will go to mystic Niagara Falls again and will stay here.
with our check in was very friendly, helpful and hooked us up. I liked my room, ac was bomb, had a good view, hotel has a pool, casino and an arcade for the kids. They also have a bar I believe and a buffet which I did not use, but i did use the pool, casino and arcade along with my family and son. My son loved the pool and arcade. Yes the hotel needs a bit of maintena...
I was charged for the full stay and my deposit was not returned.
Important things all bookers should know before. - no breakfast - "resort fee" must be paid at checkin (not included in voucher) - 24 hours Wifi - 12 USD (no other open wifi available) - the pool closing time is from 7 pm to 9 am !!! - no need for checkout, just leave (if you have a prepaid Agoda Voucher) - free parking in many floors, but only marked with numbe...
Excellent Hostel! The staff was very helpful; they emailed back immediately when I had a questions before I arrived, went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed a place to hang up scuba gear to dry, and gave great tips for getting where I was going. I stayed in a mixed room with several other very considerate and friendly people. My dorm room had a key ca...
It went fine and nice, the hotel is cheap and well located for those who want a budget place but still near the strip. The internet is free and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. It's worth the money and clearly recommended.
A great hostel in an excellent proximity of the Niagara Falls (about 15-minute walk). A very friendly staff with recommendations of nearby attractions and activities. Free wifi, computers to check your email. Great breakfast (almost buffet style) and all pretty clean and quiet on a weekday. Good price.
I had an enjoyable stay at the Monarch. There were a lot of other europeans there and it was nice to chct with them. The lobby downstairs was really nice and cozy and I enjoyed having my morning coffee downstairs in the lounge section of the lobby conversing with other guests. My only complaint was that the hotel was not equipped with the best Wi-fi, some guests repo...
Beds are squeaky n mattresses are thin. Public bathroom shower is a lil dirty, building is old. But if you need a place to rest urs head & gear while meet some interesting travelers this is he place to be. Wifi was good! Can't beat the price & practicality.

Great location on the east side of Waikiki which was much quieter and close to Diamond Head. Lots of eateries in the area and easy access to the beach. We had a beautiful view of Diamond Head and could see the sunrise every morning. Pool is slightly small but not many people use it, and choose to lounge around the pool area. Was a great space and the hotel hosted som...
Good location if visiting UT or the state capital. Otherwise, not within walking distance of nice restaurants or attractions.
This hotel is a wonderful part of history and is extremely well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Something really needs to be done about WiFi though, it’s honestly the worst connection I’ve ever had in a hotel room. I basically could not connect to WiFi at all unless I was standing at the door of my room or in the lobby. I understand it’s an old ...

When I first got there, they upgraded me. I was excited the room was beautiful high off the river, great king bed. Well the TV didnt work and the loo was used and not cleaned. I went back to the desk and was given the smallest room they had. And the washroom just the same. I was so disappointed I left the first night crying. It was wasted money. My friend made me go ba...
We wanted to find the most convenient hotel in Seattle for my wife to attend the Mariner’s game and not overdue her restricted walking abilities. The Silver Cloud was the best answer for us. Thank you for making our experience so fulfilling.
my husband and i spend 2 nights of our honeymoon in the modern. we absolutely loved it,best hotel we stayed in hawaii. we upgraded to ocean views which was worth it. we both surf and we could check the surf from the room, there are few breaks in front of the hotel. the hotel is a bit away from waikiki main area but we liked that as bit less touristy. the swimming pool ...
I booked a balcony room. That was a perfect room with nice view city, and amazing conditions. You can observe whole downtown San Francisco and enjoy sunset or dawn a vocation day. Location is perfect and convenient for shopping and dining. You can walk and shopping around best location. Recommend: i will book a balcony room for next time. Very safety and staff was goo...
no free wifi, have to pay a lot for it. the check in queue was long even at 1030pm, we waited for 20 mins or so. the parking spot was near to the room. the shuttle service is great apart from the fact that it stops for 2 hrs during lunchtime. the hotel itself is a v posh place to be but the heavy use is slowly wearing it out. rates arent cheap at all as you would e...
Pros - The cleaning service is very good. We’re pretty neat people but it’s nice when you can tell the bathroom has been cleaned, the shower handle looks sparkly upon every return. The room service breakfast is divine and super convenient for those who like to sleep in and may miss breakfast outside the hotel. I love the tablet for searching for activities, ordering ro...
We choose this hotel because of their location. They located nest to the "Monterey State Historic Park" & lively "Fisherman's Wharf". You can leave your car and have some tasty meals just 3-minutes walk. The hotel building design blend with the original historic building. We love the adjustable shutters in the guest room instead of curtain(good for those who has allerg...
The location is very convenient, most of the places can easily be reached by foot. Housekeeping staff was excellent and made sure the room was in immaculate condition. I initially booked a higher floor room caus I read that the siren sounds can be disturbing. During check in time they provided us with connecting rooms but did not honor the higher floor rooms booking ...
I had booked the Corner King room for the view. Definitely was not disappointed. Stayed there for one night only as San Diego was a spontaneous trip decided the day before and booked the room the day of. The hotel reminds me of a Vegas hotel. Very grand. It's off the ocean/bay so it's not close to the gaslamp district; that's where Lyft comes in handy. Do not take the ...
After staying at this hotel 6 years ago and having such a fantastic view of the Empire State Building and the city even though we hadn’t booked a city view room, we decided to book again. This time we booked and paid extra for a city view room expecting to have the same view as before but we were a little disappointed as they gave us a room really high up (35th floor)...
Great price for a end of summer staycation. Roomy suite for family with young kids. Room slept 6. Very nice water park for a resort this size. Best water slides in Arizona. Golf, tennis, horseback riding. Outlet mall across the street, and wide variety of shopping near by. Fifteen minutes to airport, Arizona State University or downtown Phoenix.
Absolutely loved this hotel, from the colorful & trendy design to the customizable color changing LEDs in the window. Having a iHome clock radio was so nice being a musician who never has any speakers to plug my iphone into. The wall mount for the TV was really cool, with an extended arm that let you angle the unit in practically any direction. The diverse selection ...
as we were flying early from lax we decided it would be best to spend the night at the airport to avoid being late. we chose the hilton as it had a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport but were very pleasantly surprised by the huge rooms, comfortable sitting room, huge bed and 2 full bathrooms. we arrived at 4pm had a swim in the pool then had happy hour in the tow...

Even the lowest priced suites are twice the size of similar hotel rooms in the 5 star class. Check in was quick and check out even quicker despite the email/text system not working. Concierge was...
I wouldn't usually write a review but this hotel deserves it. With out a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I've done a bit of traveling around the world). If your looking for that room with an outstanding view, spacious suite and service you can only dream of, then this is the hotel for you. Considering the cost of hotels in Vegas are relatively ...
Recommend both restaurants attached to the hotel: the Charleston Grill and the Palmetto Cafe.
Large rooms as advertised. Clean and in good location. Nice spacious bathroom, comfortable beds. There is room for improvement. No Ask for a room facing north as the large windows of rooms facing south are damaged due to sunlight = the beautiful view is ruined. For a 5 star hotel many amenities are missing such as showercaps, slippers etc. They also have a kitchenette ...
We stayed here in part because it was one of the best priced mid range hotels we would find at the last minute (we booked same day) and were really happy we did. Reasons it gets good ratings from me: - interesting architecture of past era - excellent customer service, greetings, concierge, etc. - terrific pool (17 meters), can do laps but also set up so families and ...
Could not have asked for more! Excellent, and loved that their sister hotel, the Waldorf Astoria, was within walking distance (Or golf cart shuttles were readily available), to enjoy their amenities. We had lunch there one day and was able to charge it to our room at the Hilton. The only negative is that there was a conference being held there the same days of our sta...
The Trump is wonderful! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Spa services are great and the bed was one of the comfiest I slept on in my entire life. I didn't leave the hotel-that's how nice it was.
With impeccable service this place will not disappoint. From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted with a smile. Be sure to Try the Worlds best mai tai's at the bar and enjoy the breath taking view of Waikiki beach. If your prepared to spend the money don't look any further then the trump.
Hotel and staff were fantastic from start to finish. We booked a standard room but a few days before the holiday we received an email inviting us to request upgrades at a great discounted rate which we did. The upgrades to both rooms were honoured and gave us a fantastic view of Times Square but despite being in the centre of NYC the rooms were gloriously quiet. Rooms...
i have stayed at the plaza before just a few doors down from the helmsley which is out of this world - but a lot more expensive; the helmsley wasn't too far behind the plaza standards and is a fraction of the cost. it is a beautiful hotel and our central park view room was so magical and made us feel like we were truely in the very heart of nyc! just steps away from ...
I booked a "Delano Queen Suite" at $115.26 for one night as a layover for a return trip from Hawaii. I walked into room 60905 an said whoa, this room was the size of an executive or presidential suite at most hotels - which I've stayed at for business travel. The room was very clean with many amenities including Jacuzzi tub (for 2), floor to ceiling windows, 2 TV's in...
All in all a great big resort; however in some ways too big with required bracelets for the pool, queuing for towels and reservations required to get covered pool and beach seats. Napua Club more limited in selection and amenities than others we've been to and for the price, expected more. Almost full sized, great tropical scented bath products in the room.
Loved the activities! You should do one with showing how bees make honey or cocktail hour. Had a fabulous time.
The hotel is a city icon with a magnificent lobby. They had their famous gingerbread house out for Christmas which brought in many locals. The rooms were well furnished but as well stayed in the main building (older, I like old places) we could hear everything through the walls. We stay twice and in both rooms we could hear everything. I guess stay in the new tower th...
Tried to give us a Vista suite instead of City view suite even though cost was a lot more. Spent 45 mins to sort out and showed them paperwork to confirm booking room type. Was not happy but did get a free meal out of it. Nevertheless, not what is expected from a 5* hotel. On the plus side, it is a very cool, trendy hotel and the included breakfast although only cold w...
I have visited Red Rock since opening never stayed at the Hotel. This time my wife and I were excited about staying at the Hotel. We noted the cleanliness of the room, hallways and all. The only disappointing issues I have with this and other resorts are the resort fees. I simply have no stomach for resort fees and believe that should the corporations wish to charge r...
Unrivalled service & presentation. Accommodation is stunning, staff are efficient & personable. Highly recommended!
William Vale did not come close to meeting the expectations, or for that matter the requirements of a 5 star hotel rating. On the positive side, the rooms are nice, bright, clean, and reasonably sized for New York. The location is w/in walking (10 mins) to 2 subway lines, one of which (L) gets into Manhattan in 1 stop, union Sq. in 3. There’s plenty of good food ...
We were greeted with a glass of champagne and given a bottle for our anniversary. Customer Service is the best. They definitely aim to please. We asked for and received a lake view room, but when we got to the room, the welcome message was for someone else. Not only were we given the wrong room, but we were also erroneously BILLED for their room. To make up for the i...
We recently stayed at the Omni at Montelucia the second week on March. Not knowing anything about the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, I researched dozens of properties looking for a property that would work well for our family (2 adults, 9 yo, 7 yo). There are a lot to choose from but because of the deal on the Omni, we ended up going with it. We are so happy we did! The...
Pro Location is not too far from places of interest. Cons Upon our arrival on the 31st of Aug, we were told that they were overbooked and had to downgrade us to a smaller room on the first night with 150USD credit to dine in the hotel. WHAT DOES OVERBOOKED EVEN MEAN? We booked via Agoda on the 13th of July and paid in full. The fine print in the Agoda receipt clearly...
The Casa is indeed a great place to relax on the beach and get a tan, swim in the pool or play in the sand. The hotel is clean and the rooms could be better, but its Key West after all. The beach is not great for swimming unless you have swimming shoes, due to the rocky nature. There was also lots of seaweed. There are only a few beachfront hotels in Key West, so the C...
We enjoyed everything about Hotel Wailea. So many times, I've been enticed by beautiful pictures on a hotel's website, only to arrive and find the photographer had plied their craft to mislead me. This was the first time I've felt the pictures understated the real experience. It really is a gorgeous hotel and much of the time we felt like we had it all to ourselves....
