This is our 6th visit to Mana since 1998, and since getting home yesterday, I am trying to work out when I can go again. Fiji is a place to go if you are looking for a no stress holiday. When I say no stress, I mean you need to not care if service is slow, if things take a little longer than what you are used to in our busy lives. It is a place we go to so that we can ...

The abeles with my parents and my 3 year old daughter and had the most amazing time! It is catered towards kids and is also the most beautiful setting ever! We hired the Bula bikes for the duration of our stay to get around and rode them all over the island to check it all out- I'd highly recommend getting them. There's loads of activities to choose from or you can ju...

We booked three days, two nights at the Lomani Island Resort in Fiji. We looked at the reviews and decided to give it a shot. The Island is semi secluded and is easily reached via water taxi or water plane. We took the catamaran Molocat and it was super easy. We gave then our flight details and they picked us up at the Nadi airport and took us to the marina. We got on ...

Love this place...love this beach....pristine coral...haute cuisine, genuine staff...come to the yasawas and stay at octopus....my wife and I enjoyed the food here more than the 5 weeks we spent touring New Zealand and I am a former sushi chef at set the bar high( best Kokoda in Fiji!)...let Cesare, Tom, Moses and the staff share the wonder and beauty of Waya Island......

After a bit of a disaster we found an Agoda deal and we stayed at the Quest. The room had everything and more than we needed. It was clean, spacious, had a tv, ac and breakfast. We were able to do a wash and dry of clothes for free - just part of the great facilities. There was gym sadly I didn't get to use it. Limited TV channels but that is Fiji. It was great to ...

We were extremely pleased to have booked Raffles for our final night in Fiji. To start off with, we had to delay our honeymoon in Fiji by a month as my wife had a minor surgery. Raffles was very quick to respond and agreed to postpone our trip with no additional charge, which we were grateful for. When we checked-in in the evening, the reservation desk congratul...

Our fifth trip to Fiji, and we knew what we wanted for a six night stay: the small Fiji island experience, usual friendly Fijian service, clear water, good coral close by, decent beach, own good-quality bure facing the water, private outdoor shower and an overall high standard, plus not too unaffordable for us. Paradise Cove gave us all these things, so overall we were...

We'd read the reviews about the hotel and we can confirm they were spot on - good and Firstly, despite the issues we experienced, the staff were fantastic at all times. The room is nice and spacious. Beds reasonably comfortable although the pillows are too fat. The AC in our main bedroom wasn't powerful enough but very adequate in the other rooms. We suffered from poor...

I brought my mom to Fiji and stayed here for 4 nights. We cant asked for more of its great room, great staffs, free activities and conveniency to access to the dive shop , navua river with the tour and to Suva. This is a fantastic resort that answered all my needs to have a good stay at Fiji at the same time to explore Fiji whether it is underwater or travelled not so ...

The best resort experience, ever! Staff are all Tropica family members. Amazing people and Fijian culture. They are caring and always try their best to help. Service is excellent and unique. You definitely get your own privacy in your room or stay chilled at common area. Food and drink are attractive but price is sightly higher. Happy hour is the best! We didn't get bo...

Superb stay, very relaxing and friendly and just what we wanted for a honeymoon. The food was superb, always something to look forward to in the evening. Relatively little to fault, perhaps a fair few bugs around but nothing that the bug spray cant solve and our bure caught the wind easily making a large howling noise most evenings. Otherwise not much to fault and i...

We choose Fiji to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Tokoriki resort was our 2nd stop at Fiji. We took short 15 min. helicopter ride from Nadi to Tokoriki. On a way back we took catamaran. Instead of promised 1 hr. ride it took us 2.5 hrs. Luckily we had an extra time before our departure time, so it wasn't an issue, but I would take seaplane or helicopter instead...

this trip was simply AWESOME ! although you can see the price is quite high , it worths every single penny. the staff was so friendly and professional, they always did their best to provide the most suitable choice to you. the resort was isolated , it only contained 4 villas , therefore you have a great great level of privacy and escape from the crowd. oh man everythin...

Book this hotel as a last minute as I need a place to stay in Suva. I was not disappointed and meet a good expectation. A EXCELLENCE PLACE to stay away from the noise in the city. The breakfast was next to none ( the best place to have breakfast/fruits/avocado) never found anywhere else only this place if you into health/fitness. Will be back for more stay.

This is bar far the best hotel in Fiji. The staff, facilities and service is just at another level. We plan on staying here again. Despite it can be pricey at times, its still worth it. Nice comfy and spacy room. Friendly staff, kids club and the most comprehensive breakfast range i have ever seen. The hotel is newer compared to other hotels in Denarau. Its nice to wal...

We were a couple, staying in fiji for just 5days so wanted to go a bit more high end. This place was perfect. All the other people we met in the hotel (which is only 18 capacity) said it was the best of all the accommodations they’d been to whilst island hopping. Which is why it comes with the price tag! It’s expensive but they REALLY look after you. The staff are supe...

Hidden secret, one of the best in Fiji, only con would be the limited tv chanel’s in the room as half of them don’t work Need more verity on dinner menu when staying there awhile, you go back to the same after a couple of days Indian menu fantastic but needs more variety and more garlic on the naan bread but it’s great Keep the prices low and you will need to book as...

The beach, just in front of the property, is a real pro to me. However, the same stretch of beach is also where people (public) gather to consume alcohol and at times, dispose the bottles recklessly. A real con. Don't be surprised to find your foot inches away from shards of glasses while you take a walk along the stretch. The team running Smugglers' at the operation...

We chose Fiji for a few extra days holiday in the Southern Hemisphere after completing our cruise round New Zealand and Australia. Fiji was intriguing and we booked a couple of days in Suva then moved to Denerau Iskand for 4 nights. BUT our hotel in Denerau was dirty and decrepit so we reviewed the options online and chose Castaway Island Resort. Fantastic! The routine...

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Nadi be it a short or long stay, look no further! Ratsun Nadi is the best place for you- the place is clean and quiet and offers convenient and quick access to shops and the Nadi International Airport. Looking forward to my next trip to Fiji so I can enjoy Ratsun Hospitality once again!!

Booked a night before i departed for Fiji on the and spent just one night after jetting in from LA at 6am(Fiji time) 11th of Dec. As promised, pick up from Nadi Airport was available even though it was a bit late but did not affect our stay. A room was available and we got breakfast for that morning as well. Nice and friendly service from the staff at Wailoaloa conside...

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing wonderful to get into and didn't want to get out next morning. Food and drinks very expensive at all the resort hotels in Fiji. H nice my rating on value for money. The Westin Denerau is the most authentic beautiful property in Denerau, is very well maintained and cared for.

We held our wedding at Outrigger Fiji Resort. It was the first time for us including all our guests (family & friends) staying there and it was truly amazing. The customer service is top notch, the kids club is amazing. Food tastes great and there are so many restaurants to eat at otherwise there are local food close by good to eat at a lower price. Overall the experie...

Matamanoa was our first trip to Fiji. Island was everything I imagined and more. Water perfect. Snorkel within minutes from door of room. Kayaking fun. Staff very friendly. Not a place for foodies. Small plates/starters good. Main courses bland at best. No reason to buy full or half board (we did not). Bring your duty free wine/liquor and have cocktail hour in room. Be...

My boyfriend had previously stayed Sheraton in 2010 for a wedding and recommended we stay there. It really is amazing. The pool is lagoon style curling around the restaurant and the water is so inviting. There are chairs and bars throughout the pool and a pool bar so ordering drinks is easy and it's so relaxing watching the sun set over the beach while you sip a drink ...

This place is everything and more than what we imagined. The staff, the food, the island!! While it took me a day or two to adjust to the no tv/radio and limited internet by the end of our time at Qamea I was wishing we were there longer. Now at home I find myself wondering what the team at Qamea are doing today...and am already looking to book our next trip.
Cheap places to stay in Fiji

This was by far the best experience we could have asked for at the price we paid. We loved the vibe. Since it's hostel/backpackers oriented, it attracted a lot of young people which made the place feel hip and cool. The food was amazing and a really great value. The area is amazing and right on the beach so you couldn't get much closer. One thing I loved was when we wo...

I only stayed here one night as a stopover before leaving Fiji, but I was very happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We ended up eating in the restaurant there because we got to Nadi much later than anticipated due to a delayed flight, and our meals were excellent--I was quite impressed. The bed was really comfortable and they provided free wi-fi, though i...

Under new Management! Don't book here, call new number: 9525524 (Joe). This bookings goes still to the old Management, so call the new number instead for information and bookings. Since end of June 2019 this resort is under new Management. It is very basic atm (Aug.2019), no electricity, WiFi only part times and byo food. They will upgrade soon, but it will take some F...

The eight bed dorm is comfortable, spacious, and has individual reading lights and ample power ports at each bed. The rooms have small lockers for securing valuables. They allow you to use your own lock. I am not sure if they rent locks to guests. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, with housekeeping attending to them two or three times a day. The showers have...

I planned to stay one night here during my 3 weeks in fiji but actually ended up staying for 5 nights and then coming back again for 2 before flying out of Nadi! I absolutely fell in love with all the staff here at tropic and they made me want to stay and come back!! They became my family and so when I came back for the 2 nights at the end, I felt like I was coming hom...

This was our first trip to Fiji. We stayed at this resort the second week of February 2017 for 6 nights and we stayed in a garden view Villa and we very much enjoyed our stay at this resort. BEST THINGS WE LIKED: >Staff: Very friendly, super helpful staff. If you are in need of anything, just ask. They are also very good at remembering you by name. >Grounds:...

Couldn't believe my luck when they showed me my bed for the night - I opted to pay the little extra for the 6-bed dorm and was overjoyed when I was led to one of the beach front tents. Whilst there was no bathroom/toilet attached to the tent, the bathroom facilities we could use were literally a stone throw away and better suited to a 5 star hotel. Even those staying i...

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Ratu Kini Backpackers and Dive Resort. All staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Shows or dances are undertaken every night. Rooms are big and clean, very close from restaurant and reception area. Plenty of activities might be done if you have time and snorkelling at Dream beach (10min away walking) is probably the best one we hav...

The place is awesome! Close to the beach and the most affordable accomodation on the beautiful island of taveuni. The room (8 bed dorm) was really big and had one bathroom to share. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you. They are really lovely people. I especially liked the kava evening, I learned so much about Fiji and the traditions from ...

Loved, loved our glamping style bure on the beach. Comfortable bed with a view, private outdoor shower, very friendly staff. Great location. 3 beaches to choose from. Great snorkeling and good dive sites - although the dives are pricey at $80 USD for a single tank (vs 2 tank at other resorts). Stunning sunsets. Good food. FYI most visitors are island hopping on the Ya...

Lets start with the amazing and why everyone hong to Fiji should stay here atleast once. We had a Jungle Bure right at the water's edge it was perfect the view was unreal and we could walk from bure to the beach to snorkle. The room was spacious and clean the pit toilet was a little unexpected but the place was very clean considering its an island that feels like a r...

I had to stay in Fiji as my flight were next day to VLI. Bit worried before stay as i was with family but soon i reached & met people of this place ...Was really happy. Family likes stay in evening we went to town . Morning Rohit dropped us to airport ontime. Dont remember his wife name but she was really helpful.

This island is definitely perfect for solo travelers. You can easily make friends there, because everybody was there for the same reason--party. Is the scenery pleasant? Of course yes. The bluest sky and the clearest water and the prettiest beach are what make Fiji great. But at this island it is more about having fun than having peace. Have some Fiji Gold or Fiji Bitt...

This place was recommended by one of the workers at Mana Island Resort. We needed a place to stay for one night before we headed back to Nadi Airport the next evening. Like the other reviews, this is a good base before going to the islands or going to the airport. At most I would stay two nights but not more than that especially after staying in other resorts off the C...

Beachside dirt road and mangroves lead to this hospitable and clean place, (3.6km away from public transportation). The Manager and Staff were always accommodating and helpful. The facilities are clean and in working condition. I love the pool (heated) and jacuzzi area. Bar includes local and imported beer (between Fiji$9.50-15), Spirits (Fiji$12-20), bottled water and...

The place itself was not what we expected, very run down but undergoing a lot of maintenance. The hotel does not have airport shuttle as advised and as they confirmed with us through email so we had to get a taxi there (about $10) The room is basic but has air conditioning, and free wifi access, better in the public areas. The staff were lovely and very helpful with a...

Coralview Island Resort was the best place I stayed while in Fiji. The staff were super helpful and the food was good! The location is the quintessential Fiji beach front resort. The facilities are basic and enough to get by, besides you rarely spend time in your room as the beaches and snorkel locations are some of the best in Fiji. This will be a place I stay ag...

Accomodation is a bit outdated but room and the shared facilities were clean and good. Clean towels everyday, great shower etc. Staff is great, so friendly! Lovely people. Food is quite expensive (for Fiji and so close to Suva) but it's really good. The Area and the birds are Great s well! We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

This was my first visit to Fiji for over 50 years. It was a pleasure to stay City Private Hotel. Staff team were so friendly and helpful, and made me most welcome. Nothing was a trouble to them. Some maintenance is required on the ensuite facilities, also TV reception needs to be improved. It was almost unwatchable with just a pair of rabbit's ears for an antenna....

We stayed in the family suite with three travelers, a double bed and two twin beds and we were very comfortable. A big kitchen abd aircon worked well. Friendly staff and WiFi as good as it gets in Fiji. You’re direcly across a nice laundromat if you need it. The only complaint is the incessant neighboring barking dogs, which seems to be very common in non-Resort areas ...

5 Days the one and only guest, no other resorts near, just nature, no sounds of civilisation, ... 3 excellent meals fresh from local products, guarded by friendliest localers! Overnight allone in nature! Beds in Tents, hanging met, untouched beach, just arround the corner of the overprized wellknown resorts ... - word don't get it ...

My stay both times were just lovely, great service, Gary and Michelle are wonderful warm hearted people with lovely resort. The view is spectacular and its located around many various activities in Nadi. The food was delicious with great variety! Healthy and just luscious! The resort is located close to the airport and is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious...

Value for money - the price of a tent or bure is very cheap considering that it's in Fiji. The price for food is way higher than a normal Fijian meal but the chef here in Dolphin Bay is exceptional. They can cook any cuisine from Asian to Italian. You will need the light meal plan at the least after exhausting yourself with a two tank dives. Location - I love the loca...

Tucked just behind the palms. The terraces is in a great location. 5 min walk to the Denarau shopping complex/marina and is opposite the golf course. 1 stop on the Bula bus from the shopping centre. ($8 per day or $24 for 5 days. Kids are free) If you are looking for a lavish holiday, choose one of the other resorts. If you are not going to spend a alot of your time at...

Loved our time at Musket. Beautiful spacious rooms, loved the big pump bottles of pure fiji in the bathroom and the tasty lime and coconut shortbread that was topped up daily was a nice touch. The big deep salt water pool was the best and positioned to make the most of the beautiful view. FJ$20 corkage at the restaurant was very reasonable for Fiji and the meals were g...

My Wife & Daudgter stayed @ Tanoa Waterfront in Lautoka Fiji to sped the Last Christmas with Nanni . She has survived 3 stokes in California and took Nanni back to Fiji in November to Pass. I had gotten 2 rooms for my wife and her Mother with Healthcare workers to spend her last days before Christmas before they come back to USA. She had a 4 th stroke days after they f...

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and weren't all that impressed. Then we traveled around Fiji for 2 more weeks and we didn't know how good we had it here! We paid a lot more money for a lot less elsewhere in Fiji. The bungalows are spacious, have AC and a fridge, the pool is decent, the restaurant pretty good, free breakfast is OK but good in comparison with...

First a big shout out to the amazing friendly and helpful staff of this resort who made our stay memorable and welcoming. Second, resort offers some great activities like kayaking, snorkeling and fee based excursions. very nice! Accommodations: Garden Bures are spacious but in need of refurbishment. I stayed here for 16 nights with a Samoan friend of mine.It was her first visit to Fiji. Apart from the food not being the best as I had better my stay at Tanoa was awesome, the staff are so friendly and always ready to help out with anything they can. I would love to thank from the bar for being such nice friendly caring person. you always had smile on your face and ...

We had a great time at Sau Bay! Stayed for a week, and dove for 4 days. The diving is amazing - very beautiful, healthy, colorful and plentiful! Carl was great as divemaster, very helpful above and below the surface. Rainbow reef is about 25 minutes from Sau Bay. People who stayed and dove other places told us they had the best experience here, both for accommodat...

Place was recommended by a friend. An amazingly beautiful part of Fiji. Didn't know that there were any resorts on that part of the Fiji coast. A really pleasant surprise. Staff really friendly and helpful. We really liked their message regarding tipping in Fiji - it takes all the people who work at such facilities to make stay enjoyable not just the people we meet fa...

We live in Fiji and love it here. Beautiful scenery, relaxing quiet resort, clean, nice pool area and amazing food. Staff are very friendly also. Nice place with or without kids. I think it finds a nice balance between the two. We've already booked to return at Christmas. We went for the cheapest room and the view is still amazing. As long as your aware it's far from...

We only spent one night here. Our last day in Fiji. Previously we had stayed at Club Fiji, some other dive and the Pearl. Staff at the Naviti go above and beyond. Food was fantastic and there seemed to be plenty of families enjoying the pool and other activities. Prices are average. Massages were great but the entire place is dated. As we found right across Fiji, most ...

It is very impressive to see the new revamp of the Holiday Inn in Suva. Staffs are always freindly. It feels fresh when you walk into the room. I guess this is what Holiday Inn is all about. Oh Breakfast was awesome, we had the best quality of sausages in the whole of Fiji, not the cheap fat with wheat flour product..

The rooms are gigantic, with spa bathtubs, seating areas, and front verandas. Really good value for money. Food is good, and you have beautiful views of the sea. The property is still being developed/landscaped, so a bit of noise from heavy equipment. Beautiful pool, and WiFi works in rooms and public areas. A bit difficult to get to from the east. Do not follow Google...

Picking a decently priced hotel in Suva can be challenging. Five Princes hotel is just outside the center of Suva in a busy intersection of the upper town. Staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is small and very stylish. I stayed one night in a room of the main building. Room was good size and the antique hard wood floors are just stunning. Beautiful bathro...

Great rooms and nice hotel, very expensive and when you get very slow service and food not that good then you really question value for money. No cash accepted and they wack on a 2.5% credit card charge at the end. Always running on Fiji time they say, but that shouldn't work like that when your staying at a 5 star hotel. was disappointed in the food for the price. hav...

They advertise that you will be treated like royalty- and I was. The checkin was a little slow but they more than made up for it in courtesy, complimentary drinks and an upgrade to an oceanview room. Loved the surroundings, so colonial in style and clean. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view but could someone please ask the lawnmower man not to mow every morning...

I liked Momi Bay, however I cannot recommended it without some degree of caveats. First the advertised "large double beds" which I was lead to believe where Queensize are just doubles. They are comfortable - however when you are 6'4" these are uncomfortable - you don't fit. To me the Marriott has underdone the bedding on the standard rooms, yes you can pay more for...

Fiji is and specially the island was amazing. not crowded beautiful water and water sport facilities. Good breakfast and dinner. And best part of FIJI is the People they are always clam and happy and helpful. There’s no other way to experience Fiji than a Sheraton stay. From the beautiful staff to the amazing location with some of the best sunset watching spots to the comfiest beds, it’s everything you can ask for! Villa and Resort both have plenty of things to do to keep kids busy without even leaving the resort. It’s a fun setting for families and also plenty of relaxing ...

This was the perfect place to go to relax! highly recommend the Honeymoon Villa, for complete relaxation. Nice beach and bay in front of the resort. Villa was well-furnished, but ours had problems with hot water (which could not be solved for 2 days). Non-beach front villas were rather closed off and faced undeveloped land. Dining options were quite limited and expensive. However resort staff were friendly and helpful. Activities were good.
