“Good location and price wise but staff is not very attentive”
My stay here was quite okay but we got one normal size comforter which is enough for two people to share but the other comforter is very small and not enough to share eventhough the bed given was queen sized bed. We have to pay deposit rm 100 and after we checked with everything in tact and no issue with the room, the deposit was supposed to be banked in back with 48 hours but when asked, the staff only reply to proceed without any action. The next day when i contacted them again, there is no reply as of now im submitting my review. Very poor management.
