"Nice Hotel, located in the middle of Tacloban City. About 10 minute trike ride to just about anywhere, about 15 minute van ride from airport - depending traffic. Clean hotel, restraint was good, they have an bar with balcony on 5th floor...no pool. Very quiet, easy to catch trike or jeepney from lobby entrance. A MacDonalds about a 5 minute walk in one direction, and a Jolliebee about a 3 minute trike ride other direction. They allowed an extended checkout until 5pm for 500p, to accommodate our early evening flight. They also have airport transfer service. Best to take the taxi from airport, hotel van to airport - same price...300p"

"My husband and I did relief work in the outskirts of Tacloban City and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. It was a decent hotel with basic amenities like TV with cable, wifi, hot water, and a nice comfortable bed. We chose a room with windows that face the street as other rooms have small windows that face the corridor. It wasn't bad at all and we were able to sleep inspite of the street traffic. The room is small though, no fridge and no coffee-making facility however, other good factors make up for it. It is located beside the Robinson's Mall where you have eating options, shopping and buying neccessities. It is also located near the airport where you can avoid the Tacloban City traffic. Overall, it was a nice hotel experience and we will come back to this hotel if are in Tacloban again. "

"For the price you pay this is a very very good deal. I would give it a higher rating but there are some areas that need improvements specially with cleanliness. The beds were nice and clean which is most important. However there was a styrofoam water cup that you usually use for coffee at the TV stand that the staff forgot to even take out. I would assume they don't even wipe the TV stand of the walls since they missed this one. There were a lot of insects at the bathroom although they were harmless still would have been nice to have none of those. This is the area that needs most attention. The bath gel and shampoo... let's just say you need to have herculean strength to use them and im not a small guy... Overall still a pretty nice stay considering the price and the pool. I was here for the pool. There's a lack of clean bathrooms at public pools here in Tacloban. And getting a room here is way gives me access to a relatively clean bathroom compared to other public pools. So if definitely be back. I actually booked another trip here already. "

"The staff here is exceptional. They helped me in every area I needed and made me feel so comfortable. They directed me to some late-night food when I arrived and made sure my room was to my liking once I arrived. The only slight negative I can think of: I went down to breakfast near the end of the scheduled time and found most of the food to have been brought out three hours before... just not as fresh at that point, and the eggs had lost their texture. But the staff, always diligent, did make some toast to suit my tastes. 😊 All in all, when I'm looking for a good place to stay in Tacloban, this place is still going to be at the top of my list... I'll just make sure to come down earlier for breakfast. 😉"
