The hotel lies very quiet in midst of a park. It's also well hidden through birches, not visible from the street. If only it would be labelled ... There is no no helpful sign which would point out the right driveway to the hotel, so be careful not to get lost. The hotel's wi-fi connection crashes sporadically, but this might have to do with the communication network of...

This Hotel is good for short stay… But if you have some trouble to sleep don't stay there ! You can hear every noises from your neighbor room or the corridor… But for the price for one night, you can't expect much... Nice room, location not so bad, Staff were okei
The receptionist could speak in English well. That's very important. From the main train station take metro green line; 2 stops away at only 20 rubles.

I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise coming from the street-and was lucky enough not to be on the other side of the hotel which is very close to a train station and even more noisy with loudspeaker announcements and trains every 5 minutes. Room is very clean and comfortable. I got a room with river view and it's very magnificent. Staff are friendly and all are willing to help. Many of them can speak English fluently. I stay at the hotel during day time and the maid knock the door and give me more fruits and chocolate in case if I may hungry. She can't speak English but she use only body language. This ...
You need to pre-agree a time to check out so someone comes and collects keys. You can't just leave whenever you want before the check-out time and drop the keys somewhere. Such a bad system! And if you change the time they get annoyed. That is the same for check-in and they said 2pm, then 10am, then 2pm again. We felt like we were at their service. And also, no toile...

Once you found the place (taking a taxi is a must) and you know that you will stay in an apartment in a ugly soviet building everything is nice: staff helpful, perfect location, big room, no noise, simple but low cost breakfast. Difficult to have better for the price!

I have my room overlooking the train station and ob river. It was a marvelous place. And there's a supermarket within walking distance. Hotel is clean and breakfast is up to standard. I have no complain and I would definitely come back to this hotel again in Novosibirsk!
Bad location. Nothing interesting close to hotel. No restaurants , no transports, no store's. Hotel not get my reservation from Agoda .
