"The staff at the island can't do enough for you. We stayed in the mamanuca wing and our room was right on the beach, so close to the waves. Very cheap for the location. Room was modern and cleaned everyday. Food was plentiful and grounds are well kept. Day trips are good apart from some don't leave as you need a minimum of 6 people so it all depends on if there are enough people on the island who want to go the same time as you. Free transfers as well. Can't go wrong with beachcomber. "

"This was fantastic value for money for a end of NZ winter getaway. Agoda's price was 50% less than booking directly with Mana Resort and our booking was instantly confirmed with the resort upon emailing them. The North Beach where the deluxe bures are located was very sheltered from the wind, the sand was the beautiful, white powder you expect from the Mamanuca Island group. The food was hit and miss, seemed to depend on which chefs were on. We took plenty of snacks and drinks on to the Island with us. Staff were all friendly, housekeeping was thorough. If we got a fantastic price again, we would definitely return to Mana."

"Great place to stay for backpackers and solotravellers who need a cheaper place to stay in a relatively expensive country in Fiji. Its even better that the hostel is located on a picturesque island, however with the filming of Survivor happening there, the entire island isn't always availble for exploration. That is truly the only complaint (if that is even one, it didn't bother me in the slightest) that I have, otherwise I'd wholeheartedly encourage more folks to go there"

"We booked three days, two nights at the Lomani Island Resort in Fiji. We looked at the reviews and decided to give it a shot. The Island is semi secluded and is easily reached via water taxi or water plane. We took the catamaran Molocat and it was super easy. We gave then our flight details and they picked us up at the Nadi airport and took us to the marina. We got on the boat and set off for Lomani. Once at the island the resort came and picked us up after we gave them our molocat ferry time of arrival. The resort is fabulous! Adults only, quiet, romantic, and the beach, WOW! We rented a beach hut that was very nice. We were treated with music and shells around our necks and had a coconut drink while they explained the resort details. This place was romantic! We went here to get off the grid. No late night parties, no kids, people just chilling out by the pool, having drinks and good food. There were not a lot of people as we went in their spring (first of November) and got rained on one day but turned out to be a blessing as it was over 90 all other days...very hot and muggy...swam in the ocean or pool most of the hot afternoon. Had dinner out on the beach, beautiful sunsets, this place is a hidden jewel. The entire staff we met were extremely gracious and nice and at our service. They don't ask for tips but are appreciative to get one if they go above and beyond. They provide daily activities like snorkeling and you can use their kayaks, paddle boards, hobbie cats, etc to enjoy the calm blue waters. Lovely place, no problems to report, Not a 5 star hotel so if you come with that kind of atttitude you need to not ruin it for others looking to just relax and enjoy Fiji time!! We certainly did. We will be back. Thank you Lomani, thank you front desk woman who was so cute and that you to our hospitality gentlemen who took care of everything for us...and the rest of you who work so hard to make it so nice...THANK YOU! Bula, cheers, so you soon! USA - Portland Oregon. "

"Ever staff very nice and make you feel you’re home. During Christmas they sing Christmas song and give out present during my stay. The food is very good and every meal serving in fine dining! The environment very good, high privacy and you can enjoy a sky full of star before I have a very good sleep in the silent night. I regret I only book for 2 night to stay and I should have stayed longer after I take a 10 hours flight from HK."

"This is a new resort with all the latest technology, the internet was the best I experienced while travelling Fiji. I came straight from a morning flight into Nadi and used South Sea Cruises for the transfer. They were waiting for me in the arrival hall and have an office there as well. I didn’t realise my ticket included the transfer. (Transfer to Denarau Port 20 min) On arriving on the island (2nd stop 30 min) The island was stunning, it was natural beach, so had all the shells and coral and drift wood. So nice to go to somewhere untouched. The Beach Bures are 5 star, the little wooden terrace faces the sea with a bed, chair and table, I sat for hours reading and watching the ocean with a glass of wine. The hammock is hanging from the tree for each beach bure. The Bure inside was quality, plenty of room, with your own fridge, and kettle, TV (channels from worldwide). I was only disappointed by the food, it lacked flavour, and potions were small, drinks were overpriced."
