"I’ve always had the best stay in Regatta Suites! The hotel is still quite new so you can expect all the good stuffs in here!! 😆 Tried both Queen Express Room and the normal Queen Room. If you don’t mind missing some LED mirror and laminated floors, the express room would give wonders! The check in process albeit a bit slow (i bet due to the overwhelming bookings), you can still feel like the staffs are trying their best to accommodate you as soon as possible. And oh, the housekeeping guy I met was so friendly you felt at ease leaving your stuffs behind!! Thank you Awin & all the welcoming faces I saw in Regatta Suites. Keep it up! "

"I chose Margherita Hotel for my experience in Rain Forest Musical Event was due to best online promotion room rates among the hotels in Kuching. Our experience with the hotel hospitality was when we requested for room change and the attention given was superb. We were granted and lead to the ideal room that we requested. We were also elated as we found out that Margherita Hotel would be the 1st pick up point for shuttle bus to the Rain Forest Event and more is also the 1st drop off point after the event over. In other words, we gets the best seat that we wish on the way to Sarawak Cultural Village and able to rest early once the event over. As this was our 1st trip to Kuching, staying in Margherita Hotel helps us to save lots of time to do our shopping and enjoy the town scenery as the location of the hotel have easy access and nearby to many attraction places. Thank you Agoda and Margherita Hotel. "

"The hotel interior is very nice, modern and during our stay, theres not much guests cause weekdays so its so peaceful. I've requested room with bathtub, and the room was perfect. Everything is complete in the room with hi-speed wifi, room with Sarawak's river view, iron together with iron board, hairdryer and smart TV. My husband and I were so happy staying here for 4 days 3 nights for our honeymoon. The breakfast provided also was good. The distance from hotel to the city is 20mins away but we dont mind since we used to drive a lot in KL and the traffic in Kuching is not hectic at all. Overall, we had and amazing stay at UCSI Hotel Kuching from 19th Dec to 22nd Dec 2018. :) "

"I regularly stay in a number of hotels in Kuching, but 360 is my favourite and by far the best value for money - 5-star quality at reduced price. The staff are always very friendly and helpful - during my most recent visit they reliably arranged an early call and taxi. The rooms are very comfortable with very high quality facilities - the room is very clean and modren, the hotel having been built recently. The shower suite feels very luxurious and the flat-screen TV picks up a good range of channels including film channels. A useful range of complementary items are also provided in the room, including shaving kit, toothpaste and tothbrush and comb, in addition to the usual items provided. The only disadvantage to the hotel is that it is situated a couple of miles from the centre, though this is easily overcome as taxis frequent the hotel regularly."

"There was 6 of us and we booked 3 rooms. We check in about 3pm but only 2 rooms is ready for check-in. They suggested us to share the room while waiting for the room to be ready which we rejected the offer because 4 people sharing one bathroom will caused more delays. However, they quickly give us another room which located at 2nd floor which we rejected later because the room doesn't seems to be ready for a stay. You can see the constructions dust every corner of the floor. Good news is the room where we were supposed to stay is ready not later than 10 minutes after that (1) Staff Friendliness: Good, they always smile at you. Some still need training in handling customers upon check-in (2) Food & Beverages: no breakfast provided but there are many coffee shop around. 2 mineral waters, no refrigerators. (3) Amenities: 2 towels, toilet tissue & shower gel (also work as shampoo gel). Please bring your own tooth paste & brush. TV at each room. Channel TV1 - TV3, classic movie CH, Chinese CH (4) each room have their own balcony. If you would like to see the river and get some fresh air in your room, please book for a room that is facing the river. Fantastic view, for a second you forgot you're staying at a shop lot hotel (5) Hotel Location: 20 min walk from Waterfront. If you're looking for one of the best Laksa Sarawak in town, Chong Choon Cafe is only 6 mins walk from the hotel. The cafe also served fried mee, kolo mee etc. There is also a laundry nearby and the famous gula apong ice cream. (6) Transportation: You're strongly suggest to rent a car if you're planning to explore the city. We rent a car from Kuching Car Rental, email: kuchingcarrental09@gmail.com, phone number 016-878 2050, Salmiah, website: http://kuching-carrental.com/?gclid=CKLr8LTfj8oCFdgTaAodl8ANzg -- Very easy to deal with, no hassle at all.
