Where to stay in Doha
Doha hotels & accommodations

Always good to be back and relax. All staff are very accommodating. You can always rely on them. Hotel is clean and bed are comfortable. Rate is reasonable, always value for money. We came to relax and it's really quiet in the room. Very spacious rooms, they really live to the booking remarks "larger than any rooms in Doha". Hotel is accessable to transportation...

The hotel itself is located in a very convenient location inside the airport but is almost twice the price of a similar hotel in Doha. If you are after a comfortable place to stay in the airport for more than a few hours this is a good option. If you have a longer layover I would suggest staying somewhere outside the airport.

I traveled to Qatar lot but it was first time I stay in this Hotel and it's very clean and rooms are large and high-rise building with nice view. The Hotel is close to shopping mall called Doha City Center and also close to beach and 15 minutes’ walk to old Doha city.

Everything was great from the hotel location: great and amazing view of the Arabian gulf, cleanliness: housekeeping staff was hospitable (Trio and Joseph), front desk staff were warm and accommodating (Irene, Hafez). Check-in and check-out processing time was fine but card key was not available at check-in. My only issue was for the car parking services, I inquired and...

it was the best staying in Qatar. this hotel good for families and near to all atractive places .the lacation for hotel is excillent.it easy to go to katara orpear island orto waqif soqe.also ,near to city center mall around five minutes walk.little bit far away from flagou mall .

had to travel to qatar at short notice, booked only one day ahead, picked up by hotel from doha airport, very close; hotel quite new, and very cost effective compared to other hotels i have stayed in doha, staff excellant, excellant breakfast,( although a little expensive) will try this hotel again, if same experience ill stay there on future visits to qatar.

It was fantastic till Friday, being offshore from Doha, hotel staff and customer service were confirmed few times that there will be a Friday prayer with Khutba but on 11th hour on Friday they apologized for not organizing Friday prayer and for inconvenience caused. This earns them a very bad remarks.

Excellent Stay. I used it frequently as I prefer Qatar Airways to others and sometime i have to lay over in Doha. I always come back to this hotel becasue of its proximity to the airport. To be honest i did not try any other hotel, i felt there was no need to do so as I was very satisfied with it. One remark? they should provide WIFI for free in the rooms. Or make i...

The Torch Doha hotel is conveniently located next to Villagio Mall, Gondolania Theme Park, and Carrefour supermarket. So, it's great for family with young children. It's also not far from Hyatt Plaza , which has another theme park called Jungle Zone. The hotel has a great gym facility and is next to Aspire Park, where you can do serious jogging. The breakfast is amazin...

The best service I ever had in my life! We're on our transit from London to Doha. So we got 11 hours in Doha, so we decided to book this hotel. We were there early to check in but apparently there's no room for us! But, we got so lucky that the assist. manager and the operation manager were to assist us! The operation manager were the best! He brought us to our room to...

The Saraya Corniche is by far the most equipped and friendly hotel in Doha. All the rooms are a work of art and the suite room I reside in is just perfect and is home from a home. I highly recommend the Saraya to everyone. The staff are warm and welcoming, the location and views are second to none and the hotel manager I converse with Bryan is a true credit to this ho...

the room is quite spacious compared to rooms i have recently stayed in Doha. they are clean is still new from what i observed. the location is in the heart of Doha with lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. lots of parking spaces. i am not fond of their buffet breakfast. if its included in the stay then its acceptable, but if you have to pay extra for it, i'd rath...

The rooms were massive, i paid a bit more for the executive suite with the bigger size room and bigger bed. Well worth $109AUD/ night. It was $20AUD dearer than the deluxe double $89/night. $1AUD = 2 Qatar Riyal. Uber or taxi to Villagio Mall is 22 Riyal. A walk of 300m to KFC and Jollibee and a large supermarket. In same small mall. Staff were absolutely fabulous a...

I have stayed in many hotels in Doha and UAE. I make a point to stay in Holiday Villa when I'm in Doha because the hotel understand business traveler's needs. For example you can expect to get a warm welcome from multi-national receptionist when check in, unlike other hotels only have receptionist from Philippine and india only. You will also get to taste good & favour...

i always prefer to stay in this hotel because it has.a complete package. it is affordable, got great location and has kitchenette(thats what im looking for really). but one thing changed it. i booked for my bday and i needed a housekeeping at 12mn. i know its late but im sure its 24/7. so i called the reception and he told me that only 1 housekeeping is available and i...

I stayed here during the Columbus Day weekend. First, the room I booked was not available. So, the gentleman on the front desk gave me another room, which was a suite! far better and roomier than I had bargained for! That was impressive to say the least. The room layout and facilities were impressive: remote controlled lightings, light blocking curtains, some western c...

I and a friend of mine were so happy with their warm welcome. I stayed at the hotel only one night but will definitely come back. Nice views, very good access to local restaurants and of course stores of the Souq Waqif! It is the best place to fully enjoy the classic town - I know there is a lot of nice modern five-star hotels in Doha but if you like visiting Souq or e...

We had a great experience with Horizon Manor. In many ways, it is like a five star hotel, but cheap. Beautiful, always clean with fresh towels and a tidy bed, not to mention the best staff there is. They helped you with everything, and even provided free transport to the airport. We booked an ordinary double room, but got a huge room. So amazing! The food was also deli...

We had a very comfortable stay at the Moevenpick hotel in Doha. We could see the Corniche & Museum of Islamic Art from our window and Souq Waqif was a 10 min stroll away. We were welcomed with delicious complimentary snacks in Reception which are served between 5 & 6pm. The room was large, the bed & pillows were lovely and the curtains very thick so we slept well! As w...

The room rate we got was very cheap compared to other 4 or 5 star hotels in Doha. Our room was big and new. The staff can be more attentive and responsive though as we had to follow up a few times our various requests. The lobby personnel could have been more friendly and helpful i.e. greet guests upon arrival, assist them on certain needs like carrying bags upon che...

The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre and close to many shopping centres. I stayed in one bedroom apartment for 3 days. The room is clean and all the facilities are in excellent condition. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors to Westbay Doha.

I feel very comfortable in staying at La Villa Hotel. It closes to the Old Doha and the bus stop where allow me to go work by bus without any problem and convenient for me to go other places in Qatar. The hotel is good and cheap which you would not be able to get a same quality like La Villa Hotel in Doha. For sure, it is one of the best budgeted hotel in Downtown.

We booked a room last weekend April 20-21, 2018 to celebrate the birthday of our friend’s daughter. The location is somewhat not accessible if you dont have a car, but since it is located at the bay side then that’s a plus. We had a smooth time checking in with the help of the courteous staff especially Ms. Hannah, who offered food discounts and membership for Marriott...

This was a good, basic option for a 1-night layover in Doha. It's inexpensive relative to other Doha hotels, and an easy walk to the Museum of Islamic Art. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Instant coffee and an electric kettle were greatly appreciated!

I enjoyed Doha, glad I visited the city during an airline stopover. Safir Doha Hotel was an excellent choice. Once again, Agoda helped me pick the perfect hotel to fit my budget. As always, Agoda customer reviews were extremely helpful and accurate. The staff performance could not have been better, extremely helpful. The room was nice size, cozy bed, fast free wifi, ni...

The biggest rooms among 5 and 4 stars from Doha ,seen by me and i stayed in more than 10, five stars hotel. Everything smell of new, very clean, impressive 2 big screen flat in the suite Personal of hotel very helpful. For sure i will stay again in this hotel.

When I was there, their refrigerator is not cooling, telephone is not working and microwave is not available so I requested because it in the list of their facilities and good that they gave it as soon as possible. I hope next time they have to check everything and assure that all the appliances or facilities are in good condition before letting the customers to come o...

We were only in Doha for 20 hours in between our flights as we needed 4 rooms therefore rate was great and hotel was good too very comfortable no issues we all slept well until it was time for us to leave. I will recommend it to friend and would visit again if I am in Doha.

Great value for such a price. Clean and spaciuos apartment. I would recommend this hotel, especially for medium and long term stays. The staff are very friendly. On the other side, the hotel is loctaed in a popular commercial area. it is not well known for taxi drivers in Doha. No room service or restaurant. You have to arrange for your own breakfast, all necessary kit...

We had a transit of 18 hours. A good hotel since 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport and about the same time to Doha new city. Except for the transit visa, everything was easy and managed to visit City Center Doha shopping. As we had to check-out before buffet breakfast was ready and we had paid for breakfast, the hotel was kind enough to provide breakfast in...

the best hotel and excellent service i've ever been. highly recomended. 5star for everything! the room is newly furnished, neat and tidy. Everything is there, as if you wont ever ask for room service. This hotel is highly recommended. plus the best receptionist i've ever encountered. his name is Younes, very nice guy and accomodating with his guests. he provided us wit...

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Doha, and within a walking distance to all major attractions. Airport bus stop for bus no 109 is about 3 minutes walk. Hotel rooms are quiet and at the rear side of the building, all equipped with basic facilities. Good choice for budget travelers on a Doha stopover.

what stood out for me is the cleanliness of the hotel from the time you enter the hotel, its smelling nice and clean. i commend the female receptionist for being so nice and polite; very hospitable. feels like this is my home away from home. Definitely i will recommend this to my friends when they visit Qatar. :)

The room stood out! Comfortable bed, T&B, and amenities are all new and high quality. The value of money for hotel and free breakfast were the best deal in Doha..The staffs were all polite and professional in their service. Late checkout at almost 3pm was possible and really appreciated, maybe it depends on the availability. Overall stay was great and highly recommend...

Took the opportunity to visit Doha for 2 nights on our way from Asia to South America. Copthorne Hotel came up top in our search for a reasonably priced room in a good location. We arrived at the airport just before 5 a.m. and used an aiport taxi to reach the hotel (meter taxi was 39 real). Check in was smooth. Rooms are fairly sized with high cealings, large windows ...

Have stayed before about a year back. Great place to stay with good facilities. But with the construction work, access is a bit difficult and takes long . For the Hotel as such no complaints and if back in Qatar will definetly opt for the same hotel again

I had great time at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to any request. The place is clean all over. Food from the hotel’s kitchen is so good (not the Turkish restaurant though, very poor quality food). The small well equipped gym and the small pool area on the 11th were awesome. Overall, I highly recommend.

it was very short stay just one day in doha but i enjoyed stay with coral hotel clean need very good and helpful staff the room was very big with two lcd, the sofa convertible to bed it was good for me coz i was carrying two kids generally my family was very happy to stay in coral doha hotel.

For the price, this is the largest room I've seen in Doha. The rooms are huge, quite modern, very clean, and many have nice views. The bed itself is half the size of most small hotel rooms. The marble in the bathroom is very nice and in great shape. I also like the color schemes appointed to the rooms. Lobby is very nice, and the staff was quite helpful and friend...

We had a 20 hour stopover in Doha so booked this hotel to enable us to get some sleep. As a transit hotel it was great value for money with a shuttle bus that picked us up on arrival and a huge suite for a family of 4. The room included great airconditioning, amazing blackout curtains (we slept between 8am-2pm and it felt like the middle of the night), amazing kitchen ...

This was our 1st time to Doha. What an amazing city! We loved this apartment. It was very large and spacious with great amenities. The staff were wonderful and able to help us with any questions we had about Doha. The apartment is located on the Pearl. It was so nice to walk around and try the different restaurants along the Porto Arabia. There was a supermarket only ...

This was great value - especially when compared to the other hotels in Doha. Really nice atmosphere, reasonably located and very nicely decorated. It's very new and clean. And profits go to chrity/good causes. Points to be aware of but that didn't affect my stay: there's no alcohol licence (some international hotels have one) and as yet no pool or gym, but I unders...

The manager who helped us solve our issue about booking has spoken to us very calmy and made assure of us. He deserves to be the manager. And even asked if there’s any else they could do to make our stay even more better. The staffs as well are well trained in communicating with guests. I’d like to commend about the breakfast too. Nice food, ambiance and staffs. Our w...

My stay in this hotel was quite comfortable and value for money. The rates published are affordable. The room was clean, spacious and premium. The location is a bit off but still walking distance from the Metro (DICC) and Doha City Centre. The staff are very nice and the facilities are good

First the price was good Rooms were very clean but the water tube(shataf) in the bathroom was bad Staff was very friendly and helpful, Mr. Steve at the receptiondesk he was the best . Location of the hotel was very mere for everything . The valet service staff was very friendly and helpful .

My first stay to the Rotana City Center was so good ,my flight was through the night so I arrived to the hotel much earlier than the regular check in, but the receptionist did his best to find for me a room , he gave to me the chance to check if the room available was good for me, unfortunately that room was smoke smelly, so I declined .....the manager on duty knew tha...

enjoy the scenic location on the beautiful doha corniche and a private beach at the hilton doha hotel. just 15 minutes from doha international airport and situated in the center of the diplomatic district, this hotel in doha is ideally situated to access corporations and businesses in the city and is the perfect location to discover the wonders of qatar. spacious r...

This my third stay at this hotel & I am glad that it continues to be one of the best hotels in Doha. Excellent facility throughout from the staff attitude & the provided services. Smiles & assistance are abundant. Quick response to any requests. I will definitely stay again & again.

The hotel was really nice, first time I stay in a hotel in Doha, and first time with Ritz Carilton; I will definitely stay again. The room was so specious I could not believe, being in Europe lately made me forget how big a room can be in GCC :D The most important aspect was; everything mentioned on the website about the hotel, the facilities and even the pictures, w...

Very nice modern design hotel with a good bar having life in it, which is unusual in Doha! Room was well equipped, sizeable and comfortable and internet was fast. The hotel room, facilities, service, etc. were all really great. But the restaurant Sabai Thai didn't meet the expected service standard. We live in Qatar and treat ourselves to weekend breaks at a variety of Doha hotels. The Intercon is the best as it really does have excellent restaurants, rooms and pool/beach. Ground staffs are very welcoming. Receptionist Geison is one of a kind. She remembers guests once they have been in the hotel. A clever lady and alert in your needs. I always like the temperature regulated pool. Lifeguard on duty is helpful. Though some chairs are not properly cleaned and maintained in the pool area. No handsoap in the toilet. Hope an assigned cleaner...

Everything was perfect . Staff were excellent and attentive . Check in and check out was smooth .super food , super atmosphere . Gave me a free late checkout . Mr. Atilla the night shift manager was super efficient and assisted me in all my requests. Will come back on my next trip to Doha

The environment is impressive. The availability of beach and swimming pool, plus outdoor and indoor recreational facilities, ranks it among top hotels in the region. Staff are cordial and eager to serve. The food cuts across all dietary needs and as a vegetarian, makes the choice of St Regis worth the cost. I definitely will recommend this hotel, any day it time!

Doha has an impressive new Manhattanesque skyline. It is an expensive rich city with aspirations, geared to the rich locals and serviced by millions of slave-labour taxi-drivers and hotel workers imported from other Asian countries and from Africa.

We were there for one day and a half and would stay longer . It is a growing metropolis looking to attract tourists and I am sure it will do this well.
Very beautiful city with very nice people and excellent shopping cheap prices as there is no tax or vat.
You can check out the whole city in a very short time, but try to spend some time at Souq Waqif, have a Friday brunch at Coral Restaurant at Interontinental Hotel, take a trip to the turtle beach and just relax.
Nice, joyful, attractive, quite. I can say its similar to Dubai on the beginning of growing, that's why I consider it for relaxing
Doha is a very clean and well managed city. Currently this city is moving from old city to new city. Therefore, we can see many modern and well designed building in the new city.
Interesting city with modern/contemporary architecture. Very clean. Worth a night or tw, when visiting the Arabian Peninsula.
At first I was a bit weary of going to Doha but after being there, I think the people at Doha is very very friendly! Most of them know English so communicating is not a problem.
Beautiful, clean friendly and safe...expensive! Liquor is sold only in hotels and is very expensive.
Frankly, speaking, the growing city may attract more visitors in future with its ongoing metropolitan plan
sually people come here to work, most of the crowd were immigrants whereby Philippines is the most. English would not be an issue and its a common language across in the country.
I didn't have enough time to enjoy the city of Doha. My two days stay in Doha was very short and missed the chance to enjoy more.
Very remarkable city, growing tremendously, facilities improving...buzzing with activities. Great charm about the cultural aspects.
did not really roam around because was on business trip. overall a good trip and good stay at the hotel.
A week long stay is enough to see the whole of Doha. Day 1 can start with the city tour checking out Musuem of Islamic Art, Fanar, Souqs and Doha Corniche.
Be sure to go there Nov - Dec is the best period as its their cooling season. Summer period temperture goes up to 50 degrees
Remember not to visit this place during summer as its their ramandan period. Not allowed to eat in public even for foreigners.
so much better than DUbai. fast immigration, airport very close to city, less traffic. Souk is very charming, like the old days.
An ancient city which has been renovated to encourage tourism but has kept it's charm and original features alongside a very modern wealthy city - the two complement each other.
Maintained the good culture, excellent places to visit like Katara, Museum, parks, beautiful views of business buildings along corniche, bvoating, etc.
I have no information about Doha since I stayed there just for transfer.. The passport control at the airport was quite crowded.
The airport is small, but there's a newly opened airport that is big enough to accommodate the sudden influx of people into the city.
I loved every minute of Doha, from the Sanddune safari to Katara, the souks are great and a must see is the Pearlman, he is legendary! The city skyline is impressive, so many varied buildings, everytime you look over there you see a building you haven't seen before.
