"Generally everything was ok, It was a great long stay I ever had in my life. And was worth spending in this hotel except for the first day which make me feel that I am choosing the wrong hotel. They failed to provide pickup from airport despite email communication and verbal communication thru phone. But the staff that managed the email was the one follow up with verbal conversation. Charges for the pickup is fix at 10usd and I agreed but to my dissapointment upon reaching there was no one holding a card bearing my name and I have to make few round to hunt for the driver. Upon calling the hotel the staff told me that I did not make any confirmation this despite sending email on friday and verbal confirmation in the morning before departure. Upon confirmation that no driver were send for the pick up I decided to take a cab which is more costly than the hotel charges. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by all the staff in a well manner and I demand clarification from the staff for failing to fulfill the agreed pickup. was called to answer me which she did a good job by being very appologic and admit that there did not communicate accordingly. Despite all this to my suprise came the FO manager by the accuse me of not seing the driver and he claims that the driver was there to pick me up. Despite me telli g him that I waited gor half an hour and goes round and round but didnt see anyone with my names he still maintain by saying the driver is there. Directly he is saying tht I am lying and I am blind. From that day until i leave the hotel not even once did he great me unlike the other staff. Even if bump on each other he will not raise his hand to greet me. So much different from the rest of tge staff. If I decided not to patron B Bali hotel it is just because of him. The way he say thing and not being appologetic to me despite all the other staff admit of the poor communication make me feel more angry and make a fuss."

"The Royal Eighteen seems to serve all types of travellers, wether it be business, couples, solos' or families. A few things to know about this hotel if you're thinking of staying there: GENERAL STUFF: -The staff are very polite, they will try to help you as much as possible. They have their own maintenance team, and if you want to book a taxi just let them know and they will do it. -The hotel in my opinion is located in one of the best places in Kuta if you're looking to stay in Kuta. Please make sure that you realise that Kuta is much busier and more vibrant then any of the other places in Bali. If you're looking for a relaxing lodge then this may not be the place for you. However, if you're interested in being in the heart of Kuta then this is the right place. The Matahari, Discovery centre and Kuta centre and all within a 5 minute walk. -SCAMS: BEWAR! DO NOT EXCHANGE MONEY CURRENCY WITH THE ANY OF THE STALL NEAR THE HOTEL! ABOUT THE HOTEL/ROOM ITSELF: -The room: The rooms are not overly amazing however they are clean, quiet and air-conditioned. There's a LCD tv with loads of channels, only a few power points though. A reasonable size closet, with safe, a bench-top with a small fridge underneath and a tv above it, a large King-size bed and a small bathroom. The only problem we had with our room was that their was a design error in the bath which meant that when having a shower a small amount of water would drip down onto the floor outside the bath and the floor became wet, however the rooms where made/cleaned daily and they would dry this up each day and change towels etc. -The pool: Great! -Food prices: prices of food and drink at the hotel was standard, remember that most places in Bali has "tax" which basically is their way of adding 20% onto the suggested price of everything. Places that have "tax" will state it in small print on the bottom of their menus. -Buffet breakfast: The breakfast is great!"

"This was my third trip to Bali since first visiting in 1977.I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Bali and would recommend this establishment very highly.Certainly it is a quieter and nicer venue than most (in this price range)in the Kuta area.We preferred to stay a little further out from the bustle and noise of Kuta.It has great grounds and a good quality/size pool. The hotel's shuttle will take you to Kuta but you must make your own way back.A metered taxi costs an average of 50,000 rupiah, (and about US$5 doesn't break the bank). I would recommend it and stay there again.Great shopping can be had between Kuta and the hotel. Nearby resturants are cheap an well worthy of a visit."

"Initially, I had a hard time choosing where to stay in Bali but upon staying in Rhadana in our first two days, I believe it was the right choice. We arrived at 1:00am in Ngurah Rai International Airport and the taxi's and local transport would be persistently asking you to ride with them. Good thing Blue Bird taxi is also 24/7. Anyway, I thought staying in Kuta would had us up the whole night but the location of Rhadana is perfect for several reasons: 1) It is just 15 minute walk to Legian street for party lovers 2) Beside Rhadana are 2 local cheap restaurants which serve good Indonesian good. 3) For those wanting to try Babi Guling, there is one just 10 minutes walk from the hotel 4) Travelling to Uluwatu Temple and Bedugul (Taman Ayun and Tanah Lot), the hotel's strategic location will cost you less compared if you are staying in the likes of Ubud and Nusa Dua 5) It is very close to the airport, around 10 minute from the airport. Our taxi only costs us Rp39000 including parking. 6) There are also two banks within 20 meters from the hotel, and also a money changer beside the hotel. There is also a 24-hour convenience store in front of the hotel. 7) Unique themed rooms in a modern cozy setting. Buffet breakfast and coffee is also good. There is a lovely pool as well. 8) There is also a tourist information center right in front of the hotel where you can book your tours in Bali. Our Bali Experience was capped off by our guide in front of the hotel. His name is Wayan. He is a good host, a very safe driver with a kind heart. He speaks good English as well and never rushes against time. He cares more about his reputation more than anything else so I would highly recommend him in case you guys are planning to go around Bali. In fact, since we were highly impressed with Day 1 (Uluwatu Sunset), we booked him again for Day 2 (Bedugul Tour). If you're planning to stay in Kuta with a balance of quiet atmosphere, I would recommend this hotel. Kudos!"

"I stayed in 4 hotels in ten days on a dental holiday and this was by far the best. Swiss Stadards, it is four star without question. The rainforest theme is just beautiful, the restaurant is just beautiful, the staff are just wonderful. ok the location is not brilliant unless your going to dentist but a taxi is $4.00 to kuta square so its not a big deal. the room was perfect, the room service the best I've ever had in bali, I've never been so excited by mushroom soup! they bring a huge bucket of ice to my room for $1.00. breakfast was wonderful, proper coffee! the pool is small but very nice. The Staff are so warm and make you feel so taken care of which as a female solo traveller I look for. non smoking/no unaccompanied children floors add class to an already top notch joint. This is now "MY" hotel for my dental trips. oh and a minute walk away is POD a chocolate café that has fine Balinese chocolates. I only wish I'd bought much more than I did. to top off the best hotel experience, cute little Swiss St Banard doggie toys for cheap at front counter, so cute I got two and a good quality shirt. I'll be back, can't wait to see My rainforest again. many thanks Ms Bianca."

"On our last day in bali we booked this hotel recommended by our driver. Im not very picky with hotel but i usually book accomodation one night then move on to another if i didnt like something, or if i dont feel comfortable. But its a diff dtory with dash, I love The hotel ambiance, designs and art decor. The room is amazing it has a hippie design i love the upside down bunny! I wished we moved to seminyak earlier.Location is great right in front of potato head walking distance in seminyak square but i recommend to hire motor bike.you get a 15 mins welcome head and shoulder massage and a cute refreshing welcome drink. Mya restaurant is right next to it where the buffet breakfast is , i recommend to book your stay with breakfast as the selections are excellent.the service is superb! Amazing staff, very helpful, always ready to assist you and you can see that they love working there.we checked out noon but our flt is midnight out of bali. Unfortunately no late check out option but they can store your baggage in the hotel for as long as we needed and was offered a shower to refresh ourselves before our flight. Id like to say thank to dash hotel. The people there made our stay enjoyable, they made sure we are comfortable during our stay the warm greetings the smile and their positive energy which radiates to everyone is just amazing. I recommend this hotel and will stay here when i come back to bali.thank you once again."

"This is the only hostel which I stayed longer (2 nights) in the duration of my travel. The dates of stay were booked separately. I was greeted with friendly hostel staffs. Free flowing water, coffee, and tea which I did not get with other hostels in Bali. Complimentary single glazed doughnut at Dough Darlings. The pool is tempting. The dorm room is cleaned everyday but it gets messier in the later day coz of cluttered bags in the floor. AC unit is really cold. Location of hostel is minutes walk to the beach. There is a cheap warung beside it. There is a bike rental but I did not go for it since I was too scared to drive in a busy and pressuring rural area. Kanpai!"
