Dear future guests... Should you be reading this, please make sure to check the MAPS!!! Apparently, there are two City View hotels. I had mistakenly booked my stay here... Instead of the one, located at Kota Warisan. Why, Kota Warisan? Plenty of shops there, and there's a nearby mall too. Personally, this is my lowest 3-Star experienced coming from Agoda. My room, 110... Looks fine at first. Until, 1. A non-functioning universal AC remote. Battery was there... Yet the remote wasn't universally synced to the Sharp AC unit. Keycard in... AC on. Keycard out... AC off. Wonderful!!! 2. Shower head definitely needs changing. 3. The cupboard... had a broken shelf. In my personal opinion, the hotel representatives could have remove the broken panel instead of leaving it inside. Imagine being accused and having to pay for damages. 4. The TV... had 8 channels. Yet only 2 of them was watchable. 5. Stained bedsheet. 6. Wi-fi... Forget about wi-fi. I could just go on a with a few more... Nonetheless, there are still some positives. 1. Clean towels. Looks, newly bought recently. 2. Alhamdulillah, a prayer mat was provided in the room. 3. Despite the small room with no windows, the main door uses keycard for access. 4. Theres a water dispenser provided, i believed on every floor. By the side of the lift. Complimentary drinking water... Not limited to two bottles per room. ...to end. Will i be coming back here? Personally, no.
