“Minimalist holidays in the metropolis city”
Returning again and trying Best Western after trying several other places. Not much has changed, the facilities are still almost the same as 12 years ago since the first time I came here. Just right. The staff is friendly, requests and complaints are responded to well and resolved. The food variety is not that much but just right, during the 3 days of vacation the menu did not change much but was delicious. The only difference this time is that I brought a 5-year-old, which means I had to pay an extra 50,000 every day because they were not included in the free breakfast package. But the staff compensated with a free breakfast on the first day. Thank you. The bathroom for changing clothes at the men's swimming pool is lacking. The shower is brutal, and the drain is a bit clogged. Check-in and check-out were fast, but it did not match the request in the app for a sea-view room. Due to limited rooms, and since I requested a non-smoking room, I opted for a non-smoking room. The room felt like it hadn't been used for a long time, the pillowcases and towels were not perfectly white, closer to off-white. But thank you because it was quickly replaced when I requested a replacement if available. Next time, hopefully there will be good fortune and destiny, my family and I will return.
