Worth your money”
Unit owner is accomodating and easy to talk with. She ensured us to have Beach Club access for 1 morning, which is exclusively for members only. Our unit is few meters away from Country Club which is not a hassle if you have kids who always wanted to swim at the pool. You can easily go back and forth. Unit is clean and equipped with cooking wares. This made us saved money for breakfast.

Awesome Stay at Pico De Loro”
My family had an awesome stay here! The facilities of the resort are clean and well-maintained. The unit we have rented is close to the pool. Though we noticed that the water kettle as rust inside so we were unable to use it. Also, the tap water was somewhat brownish - probably because no one is using it everytime. But this could have been advised prior to booking. Quite worrying especially if you have babies with the trip. The place is clean though there were little ants in the kitchen. Overall, it was still a good stay.

We rented a condo unit in Miranda and Jacana. This room in Jacana was good for 4-5 persons. We don't like the comfort room it's not really clean. The shower curtain is out of fashion & the water in the bowl is yellow or the bowl itself was so dirty. We cannot use the other cabinet because they lock it so we use the only cabinet in the CR. The manager in the Reef bar humiliated us by talking in a loud voice and letting us vacate our reserved table. We reserved the table earlier in the morning together with the dinner buffet of 1,950/head and the fireworks table of 5k for Newyears Eve. So humiliating and did not even apologized us after that. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay here eventhough there were bad things happen and the agent also who handled our booking was very accomodating and always send me messages before our arrival.

We wish the guests a fantastic day ahead, but will not recommend them to any home-sharing environment, hotel might suit them better if budget would ever allow. The review tells more about guests than about the accommodation or resort

The unit was clean. I like that it has complete amenities. The downside is their water (looks rusted// when you first turn on the faucet, the water is color brown) but I think it is more on the management of Pico.
