Sunway Hotel Resort is conveniently located in Bandar Sunway which makes it easily accessible to KL, PJ, Damansara, Subang via well connected highways. The Hotel itself is complete with all amenities or is reachable within a short walking distance, food & beverage, spa, shopping, theme parks, hospital, etc. Golf clubs are also nearby all within 15-30mins drive. The rooms are big and spacious, well ventilated and bright. Staff are friendly too. Great for family stay.

One of the best hotels in Bandar Sunway. Love the location- great accessibility to eateries, restaurant and shops with the majestic Sunway Pyramid Mall adjacent to the hotel and those shops across the road, also not forgetting- Sunway Lagoon a stone's throw away! Reasonably good food served for breakfast buffet daily. Impressive and superb service rendered by the Staff counter, Concierge and Porter- very pleasant and friendly staff. Great job and way to go Sunway Pyramid! :)

Rooms were very clean and new. Its a rather new hotel and had great reviews. With adequate bath room facilities, standing shower. But no bathrobe. Rooms are quite well sound insulated. Not much noise can be heard from inside the room.Spacious room for family trips too. Oh the beds are definitely very comfortable. A very good night sleep. Location was perfect since it is just next to the Sunway Pyramid mall and had a covered pathway. And just 3 min walk to Bandar Sunway Lagoon Entrance.There is a minimart next to the hotel if you need to buy drinks but not much choice though. Staff was quite friendly at the front desk and are very helpful even though the hotel was full house. Breakfast was quite ok with many choices. I believe the food is halal too. Overall very good experience and definitely the hotel that i will return to.

We love everything about this hotel except two things - the shower head can't be adjusted to angle downwards, and the room service menu is limited and doesn't taste very good. Shower: It's either you use a shower head that faces the wall (doesn't angle downwards) or use the overhead rain shower head, which by the way sets off by default and sprays you with cold water when you first start the shower. This freaked out my 1 year old and made him scared of the shower for about 2 days. Whenever I want to shower without completely getting my head wet, I have to gold the shower head with one hand. Very bad design. However, this is our go-to hotel every time we go back to Shah Alam. We have tried others - Shah Alam Concorde, Imperial Subang, Sunway Hotel, Grand Blue Wave - and none of them can quite compare to the Grand Dorsett when it comes to comfort of the room, sound proofing (very important) and professional staff. All of the others I would only give at maximum a 3 out of 5 star.

Our friends and I just finished our semester and planned to find a place to chill and relax after endless night of studying and rushing to meet assignment deadline. We planned to visit sunway lagoon in the morning and wanted a place where we can sit back and chill at night. We came across this resort which was offering around RM 300 each room which was much lower rate than any other hotel surrounding Sunway. Immediately we made our booking for two rooms and requested a connecting room. Around 10 am in the morning, we arrived there from Penang. We thought that we would face a hard time finding this resort. Surprisingly, the entrance to car park was just beside sunway pyramid and extremely easy to find. When we arrived at level B1, there was a concierge there to verify your booking before they bring you up to the main lobby. I think this is for security purpose, to ensure that only the resort customer are able to enter the building. When we arrived at the reception, the stuff there are all friendly and nice. There are able to communicate in different languages like Chinese, Malay and Hokkian. Vincent, one of the stuff there recommended us where to get good food and snacks to eat in the mall. As the check in time haven't reach yet, the stuff there let us put our luggage there before we go to Lagoon. Unbelievably, It took only 2 minutes walking distance to reach the Entrance of Sunway Lagoon ! How Good is that ! As we requested to have connecting rooms, this resort did not fail us. The view there was AMAZING ! Our room comes with the full view of sunway Lagoon. It is even better at night ! After our crazy day in Lagoon, we finally can shower and rest awhile before we go hunting for food. Sunway Pyramid is situated even closer than Sunway Lagoon ! All we needed to do was just take a lift to B1 and the shopping mall was just few walks away. It took less than 2 mins to reach there. Excellent hotel with all 5 star service and facitilies. Friendly Staff and very good service. Best place to relax and enjoy all hotel facilities. Nice gym, large Pool, snooker, bowling, lovely Pub and lovely breakfast. Good WIFI spead. great view from hotel. Very comfortable beds, large rooms with bath tub and all 5 star features. They have free shuttle for the malls. Place looks lovely in the evening. Location is little far from city but you can take a taxi and pay 10 rm for the following places...sunway piramid, sunway lagoon, bangsar night life, carefour and little far from subhang airport and mid valley mall...Will stay again... The place where I stayed very modern-decorated, spacious, double-storey apartment (for family). It has a nice view of Sunway city. It is noise proof. Fully equipped with kitchen (inclusive kitchen utensils like plates, pots, fridges, knives, forks and spoons) and dining room. The location is good, driving distances (about 5-10 minutes) to popular spots like Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid. There is convenience store just below the apartment. No problem to cook instant noodles, burgers, etc. There is also bar and restaurants (quite pricey) in the other building... 10 minutes walk. However, slight improvement needed for the bathrooms. They were a bit smelly, due to the sink/drain was clogged. Roaches can be spotted in the bathrooms (probably due to the drain clogged).

The hotel is located on top of Sunway Pyramid but you have to go through B1 to go to level 12 where the receptionists are. The staffs at B1 were really friendly he took us from B1 to level 12 and the next day when we wanted to go to Sunway Lagoon, he showed us the way until we reached Sunway Lagoon from the hotel. The location is so strategic and perfect as it is near many restaurants, mall, and sunway lagoon theme park. Since we are traveling with young children we asked for extra towel and blanket, the staff delivered it to us quickly. We will definitely book this hotel again if we're going to Sunway Lagoon.

Had a good stay at W Studio Resort Suites in Bandar Sunway. My wife and kids are really happy with the room. It's really spacious compare to other hotels. Location is perfect as it is connected to the shopping mall. They also offer Sunway lagoon tickets at discounted rates if you contact them earlier as they need 3 working days to process. All in all, satisfied and happy. Will recommend to my friends and family to stay here when they are visiting Sunway or Kuala Lumpur!

We had 3 nights stay in Sunway Resort Suites. Travelled with 2 older children and a young child, thus family room with bulk bed is just nicely fit for a family of 5. (This is the forth stay for us) Very strategic location, it is just beside Sunway Shopping mall and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon Water Theme Park. Showerhead problem causing low water pressure were detected when we first check in and it is solved by the Flexistay team within few hours (didnt expect prompt action as family was at the Lagoon whole day). When we got back to the hotel, the defect was fixed. Looking forward to having our next visit with u again!

Connected to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Convention Center. Definitely very nice location of this hotel and it's very well properly managed by the hotel operator. Their check in experience is simple yet personalised. Felt very much like a VIP, of course when you consider the price that we are paying, didn't expected for such a unit. When we entered the room, it's bigger than any of the Sunway Hotels for this price that you are paying. Room was really nice and comfortable, equipped with very fast internet. They also have a gym room and a laundry place with coin automated machines but didn't use it due to my short stay. Maybe I should bring my runners together when I'm staying here the next round. Definitely would come back and stay here again whenever I'm visiting the area again to enjoy their service again.

The Sunway villas are a gem of a retreat located in outer KL. For a romantic getaway, or just to splurge on something nice, these are a great choice. It feels like you are living in the jungle - but are just steps away from the excitement of the Sunway theme parks. This is not the place to come if you want the highlights of KL. however, it is definitely an option if you want a few quiet days with your loved one.

Pros - convenient location near sunway lagoon. Walking distance to sunway lagoon Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station, sunway pyramid shopping mall and sunway lagoon water park. -affordable charges. Free food voucher.There is also a voucher given for next visit to the hotel. -friendly staff. Staff explained the hotel charges, tourism tax and check out timing. Important details are clearly communicated to the guests. -clean and neat. Hotels blankets and towels are folded nicely. Towel and floor mat are sparkling white. - amenities. Great shower facilities. Conditioner, shower gel and lotion are provided. There is a personal hair dryer, multiples hangers to hang your clothes. There is even a shared iron at the corridor. For visual entertainment, there are many TV channels for u to tune in. Aircon is working in good condition , you can get a comfortable sleep on the foam mattress. Hotel is eco friendly.plain water stored in glass bottles are always readily available.

This was my second stay at the hotel and fortunately they given me the same room as my last stay (family room on level 1). We had good night sleep here. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay near Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid mall. Value for money. Issues during stay: the hand bidet and soap dispenser need to be fixed, someone was smoking somewhere and we can smell the smoke in the bathroom, in the next morning we had our neighbour arguing in the hall but hotel didn't give proper explanation or apology when asked about the incident. But I believed the hotel staff quickly acted and ensure the argument was quickly disbursed.

*recommended for family who plan to go to visit bandar sunway esp to sunway lagoon or sunway pyramid ice *very near to some attractive malls.like sunway pyramid, damen mall, mydin mall, subang parade, ioi mall puchong, summit mall etc *not easy to find food at night for those who not into *mamak food *easy to get to public trabsport like BRT,LRT, grab or bus *the staff are all very kind and helpful..we came with adults and kids and they provide extra mattress and pillow without being ask to esp the young sabahan beautiful lady receiptionist that always smile with guests *except one - the room a bit narrow & not value for money even ive booked for deluxe room with king size bed

Location: Conveniently located to the East of Sunway Pyramid, there are multiple food outlets in and around Sunway Pyramid. Transport: - Grab and Uber service - Sunway Shuttle Bus takes you around the Sunway area and operates from Monday to Saturday: 7.00 AM – 10.15 PM and Sunday: 9.00 AM- 10.15 PM. - Alternatively you can access the BRT station at Sunway Lagoon which is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. - From the BRT station, you can take the bus to Setia Jaya KTM Station, and take the train to KL Sentral. The trip from BRT station to KL Sentral takes approximately 40 minutes. Hotel: The rooms are well designed, clean, and convenient. You have to pay MYR10 tourist tax upon check-in, and a deposit of MYR50, which is returned to you without any hassle at the end of your stay. Make sure you get the receipt though. During my stay, I faced no difficulties. Not with the staff, nor with the room. It's a good place to stay, when you want to spend more time outside, than in.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid Mall. The room and beddings are clean and drinking water(hot and cold)are supplied through a dispenser. Toiletries are supplied except toothpaste and shampoo. Although a liquid soap is provided in a dispenser and can be use as a multipurpose soap if you are not very choosy. Checking-in and out was very fast and hassle-free. Booking through Agoda is very reliable and worry-free as long as you presented the booking voucher.

We arrived very late in the night due to the bad traffic conditions in KL. Booked this hotel because Sunway Metro is fully booked. It's really value for money because the hotel is clean & basic. However, if you're not driving, it is quite a distance from Sunway Pyramid. The wifi signal was very weak as well. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to sleep & shower, I'd say it's pretty decent.

I am always using this hotel when I come back to bandar sunway or subang jaya . This hotel stuffs are very friendly and most trust people any other worlds hotel . They have a restaurant , so we can eat anytime. If you have a questions, they can answer as much as they knew the knowledge . Inside is little bit old, but very convenience places. You don’t need worried about anything about. The bath is clean and the shampoo, and body soap that smelled good were fully equipped.

Travel can be cheap with hotels that is value for money like this available. Just opposite Sunway Pyramid is definitely worth the value to stay here. Parking is easy and room is clean. Aircon is cold. Everything we need for a good night sleep is available! They upgraded us to the Deluxe Double room. Maybe because they saw me with kids. and no extra charges (shhhh!) Very happy with their service and glad they are doing their best to ensure our satisfaction. Will come back again soon and will definitely recommend my friends to come over and stay here!
