I have been coming to Pattaya for many years, and am here currently. This place is by far the best I’ve stayed in. Value for money can’t be beaten. It was half the price of the big mainstream hotels and easily on par with them. Location can’t be beaten. Right on soi boakho. Loads of nightlife, main bus route and only minutes from the legendary soi 6. But nice and peaceful at night. Cleanliness is just unreal. I’m a real stickler for clean bedding and a clean bathroom being ex military. This place passes with highest of standards every day. The staff are really friendly and will do anything to help, which to be fair Thai people are very much, if you are polite to them they are back. Facilities are great. Nice little dip pool to cool off in. Free coffee in reception and rooms. Only down side is the WiFi, it’s a little slow. But as the rest is so good you can’t complain. In all I will be staying he on all my trips now. Which are very frequent. Keep up the good work D Apartment 2 Wez

Overall, our stay was pretty comfortable. I would suggest that after you booked your stay with Atlantis, you should contact the property owner in advance. His/Her contact number can be found in the email which confirms your booking. The management of Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya does not have information about your booking, so they may not be able to help you out. Other than that, everything else was close to perfect.

Feel yourself 100% Lucky if you find this place available for your stay in PATTAYA...Being A Host Myself in Delhi , I know how much Efforts and Hardwork goes into becoming a Super Host and Ignacio surely deserves it 100% ..His apartment is on Top of My List after staying in several airbnb places in Pattaya..One of the Best Locations of Jomtien and the Best Apartment listed on Airbnb in PATTAYA...Clean and Awesome !!! Spent my last 5 nights in Thailand here. First time visiting Pattaya. Good location, 7-11 real close by, lots of local food stalls and markets really close too. Great pool on the ROOF to cool down, & relax! It's a women friendly place with many long-term ex-pats in the immediate area. Good rooms, nothing elegant, free coffee in lobby. Rooms have a safe, refrigerator, closet, desk,and nice big thick mattresses! Some street noise at times, but I didn't find it bad. Must leave key at front desk each time you leave. Any other visitors to rooms must show ID (for your own protection). I would stay here again, if visiting Pattaya. The beach is about 1 km away....short walk. I found Phuket and Pattaya to be very humid.....sticky. Prefer the northern mountainous areas.

This place location is fantastic. There's restaurant nearby, must see places in Pattaya is only couple of minutes away. 3-5 minutes walk to the beach but Jomtien beach has nothing special though. Love the place, love the location, wouldn't suggest booking a room with seaview because its facing main road, it will be a little noisy at night due to tourist buses passing by. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place. Swimming pool is fantastic too!

Francis House is inside a 44-floor building, near the Second Road end of Soi 6. It’s in the Centric Sea condo block which is one hell of an impressive building with a rooftop pool. By the pool, you get the breeze that you don’t get 44 floors down on the ground, so is nice and cool. There’s a sauna and a gym should you want them. The room. I had room 371 on the 35th floor. It was a “partial sea view” room and on the small balcony had the most incredible view over Pattaya I’ve ever seen. You look south over the city, the bay and the famous “Pattaya” sign on the Pratumnak Hill. On a clear day, you can see for literally miles. You can see the island of Koh Larn in the bay, and right over to Jomtien bay directly in front over in the distance. Over to the left of the view are distant mountains. The room’s worth having for the view alone! The room itself is excellent, with microwave, washing machine, cooker, IP TV etc. Nice and clean. Great facilities.

I'm hesitant to write such a good review because I don't want it all booked up next time I need it, but that is not fair to the owners so I'll be honest and give them the accolades they deserve! As far as I am concerned, this is the BEST valued room I stayed in while in Pattaya for 2 months! I LOVED THIS PLACE. The rooms are big, clean, modern and have everything you could want. There is no elevator, no pool, and no food on site but none of that mattered to me so it suited my needs perfectly. I recommend room #3 -- there are no windows and its like a cave -- dark and quite, I slept like a baby every night! Room #6 was ok (bigger and balcony) but room #3 was perfect for me. These rooms are located over Agogo and I could only recommend it to solo male travelers. The woman who takes care for room cleaning or everything you may need is perfect -- I could not had asked for a more caring, thorough person. Location is awesome -- its over Agogo so there's that -- if you're into it. There is surprisingly very little noise from the club in the room -- only noisey time was 3-3:15am when club closed and all the girls came in to change. The owners are pleasant and friendly. The girls are friendly but respectful. I am going on and on -- to end this and summarize -- this hotel is perfect and I loved it!

Good apartment on 23 th floor. Pool was big and surrounds well maintained with some beautiful orchids growing on the palm trees. Only complaint was that the shower had poor pressure and the jacuzzi wasn’t operational. If you want a view from each side of this massive building it is best to have a floor higher than the central complex next door probably 20th floor minimum. If you have an apartment on the left side or front than any floor will give good views of the beach.

We booked for 2 nights stay, overall the stay was good, only a bit lack of details about checking in that we needed to contact the owner for advise when we arrived. The room size was ok for us, but there was no hangers and hair dryer on the days we stayed, hopefully the staff would check everytime there is a booking. You may expect of noises from other rooms, I guess the wall is quite thin, and the room beside us had children, so we always hear their voices until late night. For the area, easy access to 7eleven with some food stalls in front. We will still go back for our next vacation.

I got introduced to Thep Apartments by a friend and stayed here for about 10 days back in mid April. I enjoyed it so much, that it was a no brainer to book here for my short stay in Pattaya this time around. I found the rooms to be very spacious, nicely set out and has a big fridge (not your standard sized bar fridge) and has great wifi within the rooms. The Thep is only a short walk to most places, like Central Mall and bars aplenty along 2nd Road and Walking Street. The night manager is the man to see about hiring the motorbikes, cant complain about the prices, very cheap and reasonable. The only downside is that there is no breakfast provided, but there is numerous restaurants within a short walking distance to get something to eat. Also there is a 7-Eleven nearby as well. Also the apartment doesn't have a pool. But being so close to Pattaya Beach, you can forgive it not having one. I will keep coming back to this place, as it has everything I need in a room and a place to stay.

In Overall, my group is pretty happy with the facility. Pros - 7 Bedrooms for 14-16 persons in a house. - Kitchen with equipments - one mortercycle and one bicycle are included. - Not far from main road but still you need a car - Pool with jacuzzi Cons - Bathroom is not next to the pool. But there is a open-air shower next to the pool. In my group, 8 man and 6 women were all playing in the pool. Afterward, bathroom is the issue. - Bedroom on 3th floor is pretty hot during the day and the curtain does not prevent sunlight in early morning. No bathroom on 3rd floor as well. - No beach for swimming, there for you should enjoy the pool.

This condo is the best deal for your money in Pattaya. I have been in a lot of hotels, and condos , etc. all around Pattaya from walking street to the far north end. this is centrally located and is the most secure setup I have ever run across. The only complaint is checking in is a little more trouble than it should be, but after your checked in your good to go. Security will not let taxi, vans, shuttles or anything in without a swipe card. You have to stand outside and call whoever your booking is with, they will come down and check you in with security, then they escort you into the property to your room. key card only accesses your floor, elevators are key card access only, the security is a little excessive, but better more than less. Next time I come to Pattaya, I'll be booking this place.

On arrival the reception wasn’t very helpful and told us to ring to find out our own appartment. Very little English was spoken and the guy walked away mid conversation. Once we finally got our appartment key the place was very old and extremely dirty. The damp musty smell was throughout the appartment. The appartment key we got ended up being the one we cancelled 3 days before not the subsequent larger appartment that we booked yet we still ended up paying for the larger appartment. I would not stay here again sockets were hanging out of the wall, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and unrecognisable stains all over the sofa bed. Stay at your own risk luckily it was only a one night stay as we passed through!

I really liked the unit. Great view of Pattaya Bay with the Pattaya sign lit up a night. Having the kitchen was bonus that worked great for me. There are building staff there 24 hours to keep an eye on things. Mark was available almost all the time to solve any issues you might have. Right beside Central Festival Mall and Made in Thailand Beer bar complex. Incredibly close to everything.

The main Building "G" of the Grande Caribbean Resort is the only worth while Part of the resort as all the Main Facilites are in that 30 floor Building . We would highly recommend The 17th Floor Ocean view apartments that give a wonderful View to the ocean looking to wards the Island of Ko Larn with all the dozens of fishing boats all lit up every evening . The resort is a short walk to the beach or just a 10baht bus ride away , wonderful pools (5) Pirate ships waterslides , Fitness centre , spar and sauna rooms A great resort at a good price Michael

Note: "The Base By Fiona" is a company that owns a number of condominiums in The Base and rents them privately. The Building. - A very new building, the facilities in this Condominium are fantastic. The rooftop pool (Tower A, Level 31) is beautiful. - Excellent location on Second Road with easy access to transport, and a short stroll to Cenral Festival. The Room. - I stayed in a one-bedroom and it was adequate for my needs. Small kitchenette / small living room / bedroom / bathroom were all fine. Limited storage space if you planned to live there, but no problem for a short stay. - It was well appointed with a Safety box, Washing machine, fridge, cutlery and utensils. The frying pan was very badly scratched, but that's only because the spatula provided was metal. - Suggest that a cleaning cloth be provided. The Staff. I was very annoyed with the check-in process. I had tried to contact the Vendor beforehand but was unsuccessful. Turns out I had to go to their management office (close by at Mikes Plaza) to check-in. Office hours are 9am-9pm and a THB2k deposit is required (none of which was advised to me). The office admin assistant couldn't find my key and her manager (lazing/dozing on the couch) was very unhelpful. Eventually everything got sorted out but it was frustratingly disorganised.

The flat is nice, small but all you need, modern, clean, a fantastic view from the 30th floor (room 3012) on Pattaya and the sea, right from the bed, quite romantic, beach closeby, large and clean pool 6am-10pm. For this price its great. The flat is a bit far from the center but the taxis along the beach (10 baht) are running frequently, so no problem. However, communication was a nightmare. Without simcard and a possibility, dont book!! you have to call the owner who will come after 15 min to give you the key. At the building (which is no hotel but a private building) there is nobody to help you. on sms and email there was no or very late answer. we arranged twice a time to meet but twice we waited in vain (together 1,5 h). the owner/manager was friendly and easy-going when we produced fact (staying in the room although we were asked to change) but the trouble and inconveniencies to have nobody to contact were a huge cloud over a otherwise fantastic stay!

I really enjoyed my 3 nights I stayed here. The staff really friendly which I always appreciate. Free coffee, tea and even chocolate treats to enjoy in d Xpress across the street from PS apartment. Same hotel different building. The pool I used once was very nice and refreshing. My room was very clean and cleaned daily by friendly cleaners. The only complaint is the old tv with some channels very poor picture. For the 21 aud a night I'm happy and would return if back in Pattaya!

Amazing value for money. The apartment is massive, very modern, very clean and contains a fridge and cooker if you are that way inclined. It is very secure with a key required to enter the apartment complex. It is about 2km walk to Beach Road but motorcycle taxis are setup one street over so transport is not a problem. If I return to Pattaya I will definately stay here again. I cannot rate these apartments highly enough

Another short stay @Charlie Place which was nice for this budget hotel.Staff are very helpful and friendly.Wi Fi is ok could be better.Plenty of foreign chanells to watch on the TV(old type TV),I wish the Nikom group would updat the furniture and tv's and put safety boxes in the rooms.Location is very good and taxi drivers across the street,plenty of restaurants around the hotel,elevator and laundry service in hotel.Try book the rooms that are on the soi diana side these are better with views,enjoy!

Got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom first 3 nights, great view overlooking Pattaya bay but maybe apartments are showing their age a little bit . No complaints about the facilities in the single bed as had True Visions satellite channels. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly with a good understanding of English ( on the front desk). The location was straight next door to Central Pattaya and the Hilton which blocked the southern view but the northern was uninterrupted even seeing the Pattaya fluorescent sign and bay.

Location - 5/5(Beach Road-300Mtrs,7-Eleven-20mtrs,Streetfood- on the door,Indian Restaurants-200mtrs.,Englishbars - 100mtrs.,Money Exchange-50mtrs.,Shoppingmall-200mtrs) Cleanliness - 5/5(Everyday room service with properly addressing the individual problem. Staff- Good quite cooperative. Room has small fridge;but no minibar. Its on the famous Soi7,Second Road also known as Studio Central Pattaya icheckinn. I will highly recommend this hotel . Best place to stay with all facilities nearby. It is a guestfriendly hotel. One problem from all regular traveller was sound from near by bar and pub which continues till 3AM in the morning ; but that is manageable. As long as you are in Pattaya you shouldnt sleep before 3AM ;otherwise dont go to Pattaya rather go to any other place.
