The apartment is beautiful and cozy. Showers work great (hot and cold water. ) Shower pressure is excellent! TV in both living room and bedroom. TVs work with USB stick to play movies and music. Location is excellent close to food, train stations, and entertainment areas. Highly recommend stay at Residence 187 by ariva and price per night is extremely fare.
The apartment locates very close to Fortune Town, which is the hub where you buy and repair all possible computer related products. There's a short cut to walk through the parking space of the mall. And there at Fortune town, you can take the MRT to anywhere in Bangkok. Opposite Fortune Town is Central Rama 9, which is a slightly upper class mall. The apartment buildin...
This is a nice place to stay. A condo actually. Once arrived, the staff (Roomme) will greet and pass you the keys. Food and 7 Eleven is about 8 min walk from the place. The apartment is clean, however the location is quite secluded and even cab drivers can get confused.
It is a nice apart-hotel has very good location, so we like to stay there every time we come to Bangkok. It is in a center of Bangkok but the street "soi" itself is very quiet. So it is easy to get everywhere from the hotel but you will not be disturb with loud sounds of the big city. It has very convenient 1 bedroom + 1living room with kitchen apartments. In the kit...
This apartment/hotel has the best value for money I've ever seen. For this price you'll get a kitchen, washing machine, access to pools, free Wifi and a very clean room. The location is a bit far from the Bangkok hotspots but the park has a shuttle bus that brings you for 20 baht to the closest BTS, from there everything is within reach. I highly recommend staying her...
Stayed here with my wife and 14 yr old son. Modern 2 bdr apartment gave us ample space with 2-1/2 bath! I would recommend this property to anyone with a family that is looking to book in BKK/Sukhumvit area but without the extras and like a new/modern room to stay at. Taking bike taxi's to the main road was quick and easy. FYI this property does not have a restaura...
Good location very close to Terminal 21 (about 5 min walk), Asok BTS station (direct connect to terminal 21), and Sukhumvit MRT station (direct connect to terminal 21). The apartment is clean and big with refrig, washing machine, stove, microwave, cups, bowls. plates and all the necessity. The pool is very clean. Staffs are very nice. Very safe area. Will definite...
This is the service apartment so don't expect too mach ,close to the main road There is 108shop in front of this ,I the think reasonable price
It is a very nice place to stay. It's right in the heart of the city, yet in the quiet street: close to Siam and other shopping places and attractions. A big plus, it's near the Airport Rail Link station, so it's easy to get to the airport. Rooms are super clean and big, so you don't feel crowded even with children. Beds are very comfy. Everything looks new. The window...
1st trip to Bangkok Thailand. The Le Clarita hotel met all expectation. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful & ready to assist. We arrive early and the staff checked our luggage in and held it for several hours which freed up us to see the city. In term of location, you can't see the Hotel from the main road but only took you less than 2-3 minutes walking dist...
This aparment is ideal for muslim traveller since its near to mosque and a lot of halal eateries around the area. near to the phaya thai train station (there are a few routes to reach the apartment from the bts. the staff will give u a complete guaide through email on these routes.) Halal food is pretty cheap here. go fo farida fatornee and a few others if u want to ...
The picture of the rooms that are being shown in the website are exactly the same rooms that they provide to their clients. The staffs are accommodating and hospitable. They will always try to help and accommodate our inquiries regarding the things that are related to the accommodation and about Bangkok. Even though the location is somehow far from the MRT and BTS it i...
This is our 2nd time staying here. Love the place for its location, stones throw from Terminal 21, BTS and Metro. Staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating. Apartment is clean and neat. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Bangkok and recommend friends who plan to visit the city.
We had five days in a two bedroom duplex apartment. Everything was just Awesome. Swift check-in by the owner who is just so lovely and accommodating. The room was huge and just as you see in the photos. Location is also convenient. Opposite the hospital and down Soi Convent lined with street food and two 7/11s from BTS Sala Daeng and Silom Complex shopping Centre. Th...
I'm from Thailand but live in the UK, I brought a group of friends over for a holiday. This place is definitely in a more local area but it is right next to big shopping centers and literally a 50bht motorcycle ride from the night market !! I did not have any problems with communications as I am Thai, the staff was actually super helpful and super nice but I can see ho...
My partner and I booked this place for Foo Fighters concert at IMPACT Challenger Hall 2, Bangkok. The place is indeed near/walking distance to the hall. The place has strong aircon and the quality of the room is not bad for the place - the bed and room were clean. The place itself is a neighborhood and it is not the cleanest place we've stayed in Thailand, but we will...
The owner was very helpful and kind. She keeps on asking me if I need anything everytime I go out which is so thoughtful. The helpers were also accomodating. The room I booked is very clean and it seems the rooms are just recently renovated.
In the center of nana Very close to the hospital Staff are good Apartment is not bad since we book two bedrooms apartment
The room I stayed was really quiet and bet that because it's so comfy to stay-in, I can have a good rest in the room for one whole day except outing for meals. The owner or operation manager Mr. Modiff and pretty lady at the reception counter are attentive and helpful whenever I had any enquiry. The only thing to take note is the wifi speed has a room to improve. As I ...
The room was extremely clean. Everything is very new (aircon, fridge). Very near to Fashion Island Mall. Easy to get cab. Food is also readily available outside the apartment compound.
Although it's not easy to find the place and a little out of the way, the experience with the helpful owners and staff made up for it. A very pleasant stay. Only wish the pillow was firmer.
We loved everything about this place (except the location), and we got used to that quickly. Room was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful but the language barrier can sometimes be difficult. Either way they were super helpful and everything got done. The building is nice and filled with art by local artists. They also have several art books available about contemp...
The room was perfect, less the door that did not really fit the rim, which resulted in me having to slam it shut on several occasions. Other than that, every thing else was perfect. The 1 bedroom apartment was designed with the occupant/user in mind, with every little detail looked in. I had the most comfortable stay in Thailand ever, and i will definitely return here...
This is the place to hire if you need to stay near to Impact, instead of rushing back to Bangkok on expensive midnight public transportation, after concert. My first impression of the place was that it was well maintained and clean. It was nice to know that I had a room that I could sleep in, without worrying about cleanliness. It was around 15 to 20 min walk to Impact...
This was very good. I wish you a good place for a great day with the best of you for the first step of your life and you will have some great stuff i can do so much better by a lot more and more than just got a job in the house of commons to be a 6good for a long way
I have been to Bangkok several times. This hotel is the best! Owner is very kind lady. She took care of me like her relative. There are many small restaurant near there. Shopping mall, convenience store, too. I will stay this hotel next time. And I am looking forward to seeing her.
It's first time for me booking Thailand hotel Very lucky that meet here Cause it's new building Everything also still new and clean And most important no ghost check in yet haha
I've reviewed this property before and stayed there for 3 weeks this time. It's a convenient location for me, it's a short walk to The Nine Mall, which is a pretty unforgettable mall, but it's sufficient for the small community, and it's highly recognized by taxi's across Bangkok...it was easier to reference "The 9" as they call it than to try to explain the location o...
We enjoyed our stay at Des Res Serviced Apartment and look forward to coming back again the next time we are in Bangkok.
*Please note: - The location is very far from Bangkok city center. - The balcony is absolutely ""NOTTT"" safe for children. I've bn visiting Rangsit, Lam Luk Ka for years. And for my needs, this private condominium/Hotel is the best in the area. Located not very far from major shopping malls and most importantly, close to Don Muang Airport (NOT Suvarnabhumi airport). ...

Great facility. We arrived late after our flight and followed the simple instructions to access our room. The room itself is very clean, organized, and well-stocked. The bathroom is very clean and intelligently designed, with strong water pressure. The area was very quiet, even though there is a large market at the end of the soi. We loved our time here and will defini...
i was with them in the double bed room for 5 nights. satisfied for everything except the power point socket!! can you imagine there is only one in the room??!!!!!!! Bring your own extension perhaps ... lol
It was hard to find at first because the location on Google is wrong, but it's a nice clean place to stay with large rooms. At this price you get no hot showers and minor details such as a curtain 10cm too small for the window it's covering but if matters to you look at how much you paid again. 5 minutes walk to udom suk road and you can jump on 7baths pp tuktuk that ...
Not bad, not a tourist area, which is ok for me. Local restaurants were ok, not many farangs in this area. Mattress was as hard as a rock. Shower water pressure was good. Cablevtv thai only, ok use wifi to watch movies, hdmi into the tv. Nice staff, quiet place. Three convience stores near by, tesco express, 7 elevan and family mart. Easy walk to the MRT, or easy ride ...
We rented the 2-bedroom room and everything were as expected in the images. Cozy interiors with our own refrigerator and electric kettle. We checked in around 3 pm and the room was already clean and organized. Netflix was also a plus. AC was very good. The place is situated near MBK and Siam Square. MBK is around 5-10 minute walk and you won't have any trouble with t...
We stayed at the D-Well Residence@Don Muang 2 for the first time in January 2017 and I was truly surprised. We travel through Bangkok on a regular basis so have stayed in many of these small hotels near both airports. Most are similar, quite cheap and very basic. The D-Well Residence is different; the staff are amazing, so professional and genuine, happy to help in any...
We stayed here for one night (more like half a night) before leaving for the airport at 3am. They arranged a taxi for us and it is a very short ride and very cheap...not sure why someone else reviewed and said it took forever and was expensive. I think i paid like 40 or 50 baht for the taxi. The bathroom was not clean, and had obviously not been cleaned properly sinc...
Location is good for me because of the Muay Thai gym I frequent down the street but it’s pretty far from everything else. BUT the room was well equipped & clean. Felt safe for our whole stay there with my fiancé. There is a 200THB security deposit for the room key when you arrive but once it was sorted, All was good! Very quiet when we stayed so we got a ton of slee...
We only stayed in Bangkok Don Muang for two nights as we had just arrived back from Indonesia and were on our way back home to Europe. We had a terrific experience at We Inn. It is conveniently located in close proximity to Don Muang Airport. If you have a lot of luggage then taking a taxi for 100 to 150 Baht might be a better option. Let me talk about the good things ...
We thought that is very close to Don muang airport thats why i booked while transit for flight on next day. We searched google map informing that walking distance of 5min. But finally after done the booking we came to know that taxi from airport to apartment is 900 baht. Owner was very nice guy, he sent us to airport on next day as complimentary. Easy to find nice food...
great security. working aircon. big fridge. cable tv. hot shower. will stay here again. love this place.
I spent one night here before a mid morning flight out of Thailand. It provided everything you can ask for from a hotel close the the airport at a very reasonable price. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. There’s a couple restaurants not far away and a 7-eleven a 10min walk away. The man at the desk is all business. He checked us in & out efficiently and flagge...
Is a bit tug in the alley but good and safe in this area with 7-11 at the junction of the street and food can be very convenient, as there are lots of food vendors along the street when meal time. Will come back to stay when in Bangkok.:-)
decent sized room. reception not available most of the time. good aircon, cable tv, hot showers. good security with keycard access. but the room i was in was infested with small & baby cockroaches. slightly disappointed. i killed at least 6 of em. otherwise good stay.
1. Only one staff in the front, who do everything such as doing check-in, receiving phone, giving the information about its hotel and a monthly rental apartment room at the same time. Don't suppose to check in /check out in a quick. I have to standing wait for 15 minutes for staff to hangup his phone call. 2. A 500 THB for room deposit without prior notice. 3. The r...
This is the service apartment so don't expect too mach ,close to the main road There is 108shop in front of this ,I the think reasonable price
If you visit Thornbury this place very recommended Nice room, quiet and private. Variety and cheap street food around I will back again. Thanks.
This condo is indeed luxurious and cheap. Utilizing there is a catch. It is far from everything you may want to see as a tourist. You will have to spend more than the price of your room on taxi and sky train and you'll waste so much time and will be tired so much that you'll see very little of Bangkok. If you're in Bangkok for business and the place you you want to se...
I guess, it is a good deal if price < 500 THB. Otherwise, there are some better options in the area. Dislikes - the street is in the close proximity therefore, noisy at night time. It would be better if place has proper windows though. Another thing... There's no window, instead entry to the balcony - kitchen room so, at the day time room does not have any daylight. At...
The place is nice and cozy. It just needs further dusting and perhaps a couple of instructions on how this and that works in the English language for foreign guests. The wifi connects but works really slow and sometimes not all. Overall, eveything is okay. :)
I was put off by of City Residence at first. The first room had a window facing a wall and was very dark, the second smelled of cigarettes. The ladies at the front desk were great though and let me to switch rooms until I was happy. The staff were the best part, I liked the location as well, being only a few hundred meters from MRT, and the soi leading to the hotel has...
I had a great stay here. It's really an apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Bangkok. Personally, I enjoy leaving the well-traveled areas of Bangkok and finding little communities like the ones that are sleepily thriving in Wongwian Yai. Nearby, you'll find some very authentic markets. The food is much cheaper and often more delicious here. The people are surpri...
Bb home is very clean and the staff is friendly. But it is not close to Don Muang. I booked the hotel for a short night inbetwrrn flights but to get there was 400b by taxi meter and 45 min. So for just a night inbetween flight I would not reccommend. For other purposes, this is a good hotel. Clean, hot water, a clean balcony and a fridge in the room. Enough parkingspac...
Stay here only one night. It's ok budget room for a good night sleep or 2. Located in the heart of Silom, just 3 min walk to BRT station Sala Daeng and Mrt Silom. Friendly staff, and quiet place to sleep. There is a simple bathroom with no hot shower, but still ok. Big queen size bed good for 2. Wifi ok. Budget price but still litle to high for that room I think.
The place is new so don’t worry about little to no reviews. The staff was very nice and helpful, free water in the fridge, TV, AC, very hot water and a fan above the bed. Also there is a $500 deposit so make sure you have some extra money on you. It was returned when I checked out, no problem at all. I’m in the area a few times a month so I’m sure I will be sta...
Traveling by foot, the location of accommodation is a little far from the main road, but only a short motorcycle taxi away. The room was basic, but had all I needed for a short stay. I would consider staying there again as on a tight budget.
Awesome place to stay and convenient to all areas! Love to comeback again The location is very easy to find. Very near to Pratunam Morning Market, Platinum Mall, Central World, Big C, and even Talad Neon is all walking distance. The stay is stylish and very cozy. Cleanliness is up to standard. Very spacious for family too. Prompt replies from the host, and things are e...
I really liked this place. Pros: * Reasonably priced * Clean * Safe * Remote controlled air conditioner in rooms * Hot water in bathroom * Closet * Balcony * Dinning table with two chairs * Several international English channels on TV * Family owned * Coin operated Drinking water machine * Coin operated Washing machine * Convenience of food court and market opposite t...
it's a quite place which we like it. A little bit far from the city but accessible in transportation. Thanks to ate Mhay and Toy for helping us.
Strategic location, not far from Impact, shops and restaurant. Could be better if owner is sharing their contact number for convenience.
4-star hotels in Bangkok
We stayed here on a business trip. It's actually a service apartment rented out to mostly long-term tenants, with a few units for short-term stays. The location is quite out of the way, with not many stores nearby apart from a 7-eleven, but you have to cross a very busy road and it can get quite dangerous. BTS is not within walking distance either so you will have to c...
The room was perfect, less the door that did not really fit the rim, which resulted in me having to slam it shut on several occasions. Other than that, every thing else was perfect. Joy, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any issues we had she rectified them immediately. We had issues with AC and hot water and these were fixed after a message to Joy. The apartment was large enough for our group of 7, although the rooms a fairly small. There were not enough cooking utensils (pots) as we wanted to do our own cooking, staying there for 2 weeks...
Love this place. Amazingly big room and just 10 mins away from the Airport
Owners were the most thoughtful; apartment well equipped with details. Even specially provided 2 bolsters for us! We slept the best here when travelling around Thailand. Very clean too. Will stay here when back Bangkok. Thanks again!
This is a great apartment right next to the BTS and 711. Lots of street food just down the road on the left and in the wet market.
Good facility but far from city center
Loved my stay at Double D rooms!Very quaint, beautifully decorated and clean!!Great WiFi with a beautiful peaceful little coffee shop/cafe! Definitely staying there again!!
The location of this place is simply wonderful: a very vibrant area (part of Bangkok's "Japanese Quarters") with lots of great restaurants, cafes, eateries, and shops. The hosts are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We felt welcome and were treated with respect at all times. The building is guarded 24/7; the butler will always open the entrance door and ...
The apartment is nice and cozy with equipped facilities needed such as TV, Cooker, Refigerator etc... Really suit for a long vacation... If u have a car, there is one parking space right in front of the apartment... But one space per apartment... There is also a shuttle boat from Apartment to Taksin BTS...
Hard to find the place at first... clean room.. good value for the price... many foot to get around the area.. only thai food on street.. little far to the seacon mall.. can take motobike.. many outside the place.. it's mix with apartments.. they are still in construction. .. no call for taxi because the hotel is in middle of I don't know... when I got out some thai ...
The apartment is as pictured and the location is central, a stone throw away from BTS with local street restaurants nearby. The host didn’t organize anything for the check-in and I waited close to an hour at the reception desk until things were sorted out. The apartment was clean on surface but hasn’t been dusted recently and the plastic glasses in the bathroom were ca...
Overall the property location is super all the shopping center, nigh market, food stalls are all within walking distance. The only minor issue was the access to this property , as there were notices all around the property stated is illegal to sub rent or daily rental. The owner were very helpful in arranging alternative access as we were having elderly in our trip. O...
I had a great convenience staying at this duplex apartment. BTS train station is only 100m away AND Starbucks is just opposite of the road which is very favorable for me. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. I found that there’s sofa bed in the living room so I think they can allow upto 3 ppl staying here. The host is absolutely kind and welcoming, she checked...
Erik's place is modern and well equipped. Good for couple or friends travelling together. It is actually a 2 in 1 unit which leaves you with ample space. Loved how the apartment had plenty of sliding doors where one could have his/her own personal space. To top it up, there are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms on each side of the rooms, which makes it very convenient and ...
A little hard to find first time and you need to check inbox for access but crypt close to services. I’d be happy to come back
5-star hotels in Bangkok
Had an awesome experience. Loved the apartment which has a good view over the park and pool area. Very comfortable and clean. Was able to hit the gym a couple of times. Central plaza shopping mall was located less than 4 minutes walk plus it also had shopping malls on the ground floor.of the building. Peaceful and relaxing. Above all Khun Joy our host was so helpful an...
Great location. Traffic bad, but expressway close and walkable/motorbike taxi to MRT and BTS and 2 minutes walk to canal taxi. Spacious enough for three comfortably. Owners could provide better crockery and cutlery given most guests will eat breakfast in the condo. Top - use the Grab application for taxis as taxis in the area are fussy in their choice of destinations ...
The bed is the best! The house is cosy and clean. location is about 10mins walk from the BTS station, near convenience stores and massages. alot of eateries around, from street food to hotel cuisine. the swimming pool is big and the sauna works well.
I had 2 nice stays at Owowow. Clean ,roomy, good hot water shower, best location. Close to the nightlife and bts and mrt. Which connects you with other Bangkok areas to explore. I'll be back on my next Thailand visit.
Plenty of street food near by condo. There is a 7/11 next to condo and across the street. There is a back gate that takes you to Sukhumvit area. Lots of restaurants, bars and massage places. The condo is very clean equipped with everything you need. All in all we had a fantastic stay.
this new condo is very lovely place to stay! the interior design of the apartment is very modern and lux. it has a nice & instagrammable lobby. really love the room💙 the room is not so big, but really modern & nice design, really clean, and feels homey. complete with kitchen, dining table, washing machine, hair dryer. very complete facilities inside the room. the swim...
- Cleanliness was initially disappointing (cockroaches) but then it was cleaned up very quickly - Location is good, a 5 minutes walk to the BTS (On Nut) - Condo is very basic and looks a bit worned out, but I guess it's ok for less demanding travelers looking for good value - The owner is very nice and helpful - Mattress is very hard (like concrete hard), again perhaps...
The place is nice and cozy. It just needs further dusting and perhaps a couple of instructions on how this and that works in the English language for foreign guests. The wifi connects but works really slow and sometimes not all. Overall, eveything is okay. :)
Positives: 30th floor apartment - has nice swimming pool and gym. Habito is clean and has a few restaurants. There is a free bus that takes you to On Nut BTS every 10-15 minutes. Negatives: quite remote location, it’s illegal for foreigners to stay short term so you feel quite uncomfortable - particularly when you arrive - the front door is locked and you have no key -...

Views from the swimmingpool are awsome.
The apartment was very clean, the facilities were great, and the location worked well for me. Only two things to note for someone considering staying here.... 1) the location/address on the listing is not completely accurate, so I (and the taxi driver) had a hard time finding it. The address directs you to the condo offices, which are a good 1/2 mile away from the actu...
Owner prepare mineral water for us .
Some indian guy is illegallyrenting out some substandard rooms and making money on the side. There is no office, no welcome, no checkin procedure, the building kept on changing, Thai authorities do not know anything about this illegal business scam. The guy on the phone he said he is indian and can not speak thai, gave me the run around for 1 hrs 30 mins going from o...
We book this hotel and after arriving at 6am and looking for the building for more than 30 minutes i finally called the own et who told me that the apartment was under maintenance and no room can be Provide. We wait for him 3h to let him find us another hotel
Clean and luxurious condo. The house owner is nice. Everything is good.
Be aware that this is not a hotel, If somethings broken or damaged, who's gonna pay for it?
A real home feeling, spacious and so well equipped (huge wall-mounted TVs) with very nice furniture. Great bed and no noise even so in the very lively center of the city. At 5 minutes walk the 2 subways (sky and underground), very practical to escape Bangkok traffic. Nice view too. We will be back.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, quiet area and cozy atmosphere. Better than a hotel room for sure. The location was hard to get to and from due to taxi drivers being unfamiliar with the area (protip: The building is actually Thru Thonlor Condos) Once i got the name down it became a little easier to get transportation. Overall I intend to stay here again when ...
Take note that the staff working for the management don't speak much English at all. But they are able to do the basic check in procedure (it helps if you mention the site your reservation is made on-they understand those well). My friend and I stayed at 705 (7th level). The apartment was clean and neat when we entered. The a/c is decent, but the TV had no working cha...
We got pulled up by security/staff when we arrived. Felt like we could be asked to leave at any moment. All secretive and someone met us with key card and room key. Couldn’t approach staff for information because I don’t think we were supposed to be there. Private condo and the owner was subletting I think. Pool was having maintenance. Shower was blocked on arrival. Go...
Bad bad bad bad
So glad we found this place, much cheaper and luxurious than the hotel I was planning to stay at. Most importantly is a good host and Chalisa was one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with
A clean and cozy apartment right in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and came stocked with amenities like room slippers, toiletries, towels, utensils and washing detergents. The apartment is also situated close by to the BTS station which offers convenience for travelling around the city. However, the swimming pool and gym could not be used which was slig...
The host is very responsive and the airport pickup is convenient. Great location near both BTS and MRT.
We only stayed a few days and are from out of the country. The pocket WiFi was useful being able to take it with you not having to get a data plan. It’s an apartment so it has a washer dryer and kitchen set so it would be good for an extended stay. Great location next to the BTS line and in the shopping district. Lots of big name hotels near by so the area caters to to...
+ amazing long pool with a fantastic view gym with the latest stuff in really good quality nice apartment with everything you need especially a washing machine I personally like bright rooms and this would have been an apartment I could live in myself. - sorry to say that, but the bed was one of the worst I slept in, including hostels. My back and my partners back re...
Walking to BTS Phrom Phong / Em Quartier / Emporium along Sukhumvit 24. Would recommend to others and come back.
Kindly refund my money. I am forced to find another place to stay as one bathroom flush is not working and no response from owner. Also apartment is split level which is difficult to carry bags and should have been mentioned in the description. Not worth
Traveler impressions of Bangkok
Bangkok is a huge city and there are a lot of landmarks that are a must see: grand palace, wats (budhist temples), markets,.
I love Bangkok, SPA and shopping are very nice! But the taxi drivers are really disappointed... Though we can meet 1-2 good driver.
Bangkok is a capital City in Thailand .Normal Situation when Traffic Jam.There are many Shopping Center in Bangkok.
One of the capital city that travelers would visit. there are a variety of activity to do here such as shopping, sight seeing on Thai culture, night life, etc.
Bangkok is indeed vast and it really takes more than 5 nights to explore Bangkok. There are many attractions to go to.
Nice place cheap shopping for clothes but the downside is many Thais don't know how to speak and understand the English language.
Places must visit: Safari world. Try to limit walking under sunshine as Bangkok is always sunny and not so good for human skin.
Despite the crowds, local people are extremely friendly and courteous. The food is sensational and very reasonable.
Bangkok need a better clean air plan to improve daily smoke from daily bus transportation to Tuk Tuk (a small tricycle motors cap).
SE Asian jewel. Fantastic culture and people. Great fun after dark. A foodie heaven ! For the missus: shop 'til you drop.
Is a hot sunny place. Recommended to wear anything loose with not too thick material. If you are not into street stalls, Bangkok has good, clean foodcourts at shopping centers but food dishes are quite sweet though.
A city that's very "tourist orientated" if you are not local then you are bound to be over charged one way or another but still a great place to go.
I ALWAYS GO TO BANGKOK EVERY YEAR BECAUSE I ENJOY THE FOOD, SHOPPING AND PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY. STREET FOOD IS A MUST TRY BEC IT IS CLEAN AND DELICIOUS!
what a diverse place and so big you can spend weeks and not see all. ChatuChak markets to all the different shopping and dining areas great place
A lively city and with good transportation consisting of MRT and BTS networks. Locals are friendly and most are able to speak English.
I would certainly recommend visiting Wat Arun, Wat Traimin and Wat Pho with the reclining buddha. Take the expressboat over the river to get to any location easier and faster than over the road with a taxi.
No one speaks english well, and 99% do not speak it at all. Very hot and crowded, smoky. Transportation bad, liked the train though.
friendly thai people, good food, cheap shopping, massages attracts me to return every once in a while
I like the city as it is easily accessible via Skytrain and subway. Just that you need to prepare yourself to be squeezed in the Skytrain, but after awhile, you will get used to it.
Bangkok is a busy city... Not really relaxing. However there are a lot of things to do, see and experience!
Amazing Shopping paradise and foods. Easily accessible to most grand shopping malls and temples. Great traditional massage parlours and friendly Thai people around.
A buzzing, frenetic city. Brilliant transport around the city. Great shopping, markets and street food!
People are friendly.Nice food, easy to move with BTS Sky train and MRT and alot of good shopping mall
nice city, have manny shopping center with low price, good food,,transportation is good with sky train(BTS,MRT)
Amazing place for nightlife and shopping. The price for everything here is reasonable. Japanese food, culture and comic is developed here as well.
Bangkok is really a shopping haven. Cheap and some are good quality. Try to take BTS or MRT which is very convenient to go anywhere.
Bangkok is like a second home to me. I will always fly there every chance I get. I think this beautiful city is underrated.
Amazing city. Everything you are looking for you can find it here, prob even things you don't know that you want just yet.
A wonderful array of activities. Do lots of research before you go so you don't miss out on anything.
I have been to Bangkok 8 times now and done completely different things every time. An ever growing and changing city that still offers a look into another time.
Bangkok's best hotels with breakfast
We visit Bangkok about every 3 months and have tried numerous places to stay. We will definately be returning. Been sitting here trying to think of the negatives (no hotel or apartment is perfect), there are not many. Narrow balcony with no room for chairs (I do like to sit on the balcony and look at the view). Bed a bit uncomfortable, but I asked for and got a topper...
This is an amazing hotel I’d rate it 5 stars. So clean and lovely pool and and nice restaurant. Little bit outside Bangkok but grab is cheap and there’s also a station at union circle centre. The rooms are spacious and brand new. Can’t fault it. Only thing is I’d say they can improve breakfast by separating meat and pork for Muslim and other vegetarian guests.
It's located in office building area, where you will see banks and government office around. If you are expecting staying somewhere like Platunam whereby short distance to shopping area, this is not the place. However, apart from the location, everything was just simply nice. If you are feeling like staying in the hotel and rest in a quiet place, this would be the plac...
On my many trips to Bangkok, we stayed in various hotels and areas. The Siri Sathorn was by far the best of both worlds. The location was lovely, clean and hip with 5 star hotels (Sukhothai and Bayan Tree close by), the amazing Lumphini Park and high class condos and residences. But the feel was a quietly quaint neighborhood not a commercial strip. There were a num...
Friendly , helpful staff, good size clean room, enough facility in room as you need, plenty of parking if you drive also easy access by taxi, security will call taxi for you no extra charge. We stayed here twice in a mont...
The boat linking to!the BTS is excellent, and then the rooms are superb, opt for the Executive Upgrade if offered as there is a lovely full breakfast buffet -Asian, European and Eric, others? The Happy 2.5 Hours when 'executives' come to have a drink and a snack 'pre-dinner' means that if you get up there for an hour and a half or more you don't need to go out as the ...
I am an American and have retired to Khon Kaen, Thailand where I married a Thai lady. We come to Bangkok every few months and find it much more convenient to stay in the Don Muang/Impact area than in downtown Bangkok. We have found the Miracle Grand to be a high class hotel at a very reasonable price and very convienient to the expressway system to/from Bangkok and t...
I stayed in this hotel because of my favourite Thai TV series "SOTUS S". The location is quite far from the touristy sites in Thailand, and also quite far from main shopping areas in Bangkok. Access to public transport can be challenging; so, motor taxi or taxi are best options to travel to and from the hotel. However, I am very much impressed with the cleanliness o...
This hotel was everything it claims to be. We needed to be in this neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful, professional, speak English well. Beds super comfy for Thailand. Breakfast varied Thai/Asian, which is dinner for breakfast, or rice porridge. Good coffee. Clean for a Thai hotel that is only a few years old(typical neglect of cobwebs, water stains and corrosio...
The place seems new, it’s very clean. The room has a fridge, instant coffee and water. Air con works very good. The less good thing is the Location is a bit outside of central Bangkok, not a lot of food options around the hotel. Also the staff doesn’t speak very good English so it was hard to communicate. Overall a good stay!
This hotel is best for staying if u have a connecting flight from DMK or BKK There is a fashion island mall close by which is good for branded shopping stuff if you have some time. Otherwise typical markets and tourist attractions are far from this hotel. This is not a tourist area at all. I didn't find any restaurants with menus in english. Otherwise in Bangkok touri...
Customer service - Excellent, all the staff is very helpful and friendly. My husband and I were never left waiting for any service. They are clearly well trained and qualified. Breakfast - An abundance (to the 10th power) of both Thai and Western food. Very fresh and delicious. Although, we only ate there once, we enjoyed leaving the hotel as early as possible to en...
We loved our four night stay at The Residence and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale stay in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were spacious and spotless with great facilities and a comfortable bed, and the kitchenette and washing machine came in very handy (only bummer was there was never enough hot water to have a bath, so we di...
The Furama FX Hotel at Sathorn, was a perfect way to end our Vietnam via Thailand holiday. After a week of slumming it out in Vietnam, the Furama FX offered exactly what we required - comfortable stay, reasonable rates, proximity to the Bangkok nightlife and food-streets. There was a slight goof-up on arrival, when one of the two rooms booked, was unavailable due to a...
good services, clean, feel comfortable, easy to find, quiet place. I will booking this hotel again if I come around here. 😍😍😍
Livotel is only 5 months old, so everything in the rooms is very new. The beds are thick, large and incredibly comfortable, with crisp bed linen, and (important for me) the pillows are soft and just the right size (not too big), so I could get a good sleep every time. The design of the rooms is tasteful, modern, somewhat minimalist, with well thought out lighting whi...
Very pleasant stay. We had booked a room in the Sky Zone but due to over-booking were upgraded to the top Space Zone, on the 67th Floor. Room was excellent, very large, very comfortable beds plus all the usual fridge, flat screen TV, safe etc. L-shaped room, one part was a dining area with a glass dining-table and 4 chairs, another area with a large sofa and armchair. ...
This was my second visit. When I thought it couldnt get any better than my last visit, it did. If the standard room was luxurious the Junior suite was even better. The photos dont do it justice. Not only is it the size of an apartment, it has polished floorboards, new furnishings, air conditioners in both rooms, a standard sized fridge, toaster, microwave etc. And alth...
Novotel at Siam Square Hotel is said to be the hotel with best location in Bangkok. 1. In terms of location, it is located in the central business area, convenient to go by MRT (Bangkok Metropolitan Railway Train). It is located in the Siam Square where it is heart of Bangkok I can go everywhere with bus, taxi, and MRT. It is about 1 min by walk to BTS (Bangkok Tra...
A great new build (6 mths old) hotel situated in the heart of Ban Kaphi, Bangkok. Not being fans of Bangkok we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is located in a side street just off main road in a clean and quiet upcoming area with a couple of bars and restaurants. The hotel was excellent with standard basic rooms, A/C etc, spotless clean with clean beds and bed...
PP@Hotel is a nice place to stay if the only thing you want to do is relax before your flight and don't need to go to Bangkok Center (which we had to), which is quite far, at least 300 THB with taxi, and it also took a while from the airport, around 30 minutes and 150 THB. Getting to the airport only took 10 minutes though around 8.00 AM. Rooms and facilities are clea...
This is a beautiful hotel. Although it might not be a 4 star hotel on any lists, it seems like a 4 or 5 star hotel disguised as a 3 star. It has very large rooms, with king size beds. The carpets and interior of the rooms are so clean, with beautiful art deco present in every room and hallway. It has a strong emphasis on the artistic side of decor. My room had a b...
I had experienced a great time at Bangkok City Hotel, Thailand. It had successfully provides a 4 star facilities & services eventhough it rated as 3 star hotel only. I was happy to stay with friends during vacation. I'll recommend to the travelers surround me if they wish to have a trip to Thailand. And I'll continue to support the hotel if I have a chance again. Howev...
This is the best hotel I have stayed in during my 2 trips to Thailand. My fiancee and I truly love this hotel. The lobby and rooms are clean and spacious, the staff friendly and outgoing, the restaurants are clean with a diverse menu, and every dish is wonderfully prepared and served. To top it off this hotel is located in the middle of the exciting downtown life. C...
I had two separate stays at new Skyview in the last two weeks! The staff are attentive, pleasant, professional and well trained. This is a 5 star hotel by American standards. I suspect the rates are low since Skyview is a new hotel and not well known. The location is EXCELLENT. My 2nd stay was in the Club Grand Executive King, which is a beautiful suite with a two...
