This made it challenging for us to find suitable dining options on the premises. We had to rely on external restaurants, which was inconvenient. Additionally, we found the internet to be a bit slow, which made it difficult to stay connected, especially when trying to work or stream content. I recently stayed at the hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility that immediately put me at ease. There was a small hiccup during my transition of room changing from Day 1 of stay . Was promised a Room A to Room B no waiting transition but was faced otherwise upon check out from Day 1 . Was furious. If I have not been told the arrangement above could be done ( no waiting transition) probably would not have made arrangements to work around with plans. Plans made, much to my horror , was told upon check out need to wait till 3pm before I can be checked into my new room. (Timestamp:1210 noon )And was brushed away with.. "sorry as you know it's the holiday season , we are fully booked . ... the housekeeping has not cleaned the room..... they got many rooms to clean up .... please come back at 3 pm" I saw no efforts made to check with house keeping or with her manager. AND I SERIOUSLY FEEL "THEY GOT MANY ROOMS TO CLEAN UP" was very uncalled for to be told . I went up to my vehicle and called furiously to their phone lines which also took quite a while to be even answered . I tried all extensions too. But fortunately, Manager Abel made it all better . He apologized for the hiccup . He went to see what necessary arrangements could be done and called me back as and when throughout to update me with follow ups. He manage to get me a room around 1 30pm . But I went around to reschedule my plans and decide to pick my kids n helper up from mainland first . Arrived. The check in was fast and smooth. The counter staff told me my room is ready and ushered me room keys upon immediate .. I am thankful and appreciate that Manager Abel has been a wonderful help , customer service is very professional. The 2 stars for him . 2 for the overall hotel , room satisfaction, -1 for counter check in experience.

Stayed here for a 3D2N stay with my family. We arrived at around 6PM and check in was fast with everything explained to us properly. The lobby was accessible between the lobby and rooms for people who’s carrying children strollers and wheelchairs. It was very convenient for me as i brought along my grandmother who needs wheelchair for her mobility. We were given a room at level 1 so it was perfect for my elderly grandparents. Room was neat and tidy. The kind size bed was very comfortable and we had an extra bed which has the same comfortability as the kind sized bed. The toilet and bathtub was clean but would look forward for the resort to install a bidet for all rooms. The tv in the room was a minus point for as at some time, the tv will start to be laggy. First thought was the connection as the problem. But based on the wifi connection on our mobile phones, all went well. So tried to switch on off the tv but its still the same at some point of time. Not sure if the tv was the issue as it was a pretty old model tv or the tv box but will also look forward for the resort to have a new tv set installed. Breakfast spread was nice with a mixture of western and asian cuisine. The staff was very friendly with all the kind greetings we received everytime the staff came across us or other guest. It was rather an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will come back again at some point of time 👍🏻
